My name is Adeia. I am a demoness born from the slums of Hell. My plan is to someday rule this place with an iron fist. I have no desire to expand beyond all the circles of this Hell. For all I care, the Hells of other dimensions are better off in the mind of some deluded villain. Some poor fool who will give the illusion of power when it is all a shadow puppet controlled by a maniacal sociopath wanting to be adored, to be feared, to be marveled. They can rot.

Let not my age decieve you. I may be only five years of age, but I possess more power in my left hand than most who are quintuple, nay, decuple my age.

My first quest is decided: I shall enslave an angel child, imbuing said child with my Voices of Reason.

I have arrived at the admittedly shoddy Portal to the Surface I have made. At only five it is rather difficult to attain higher level portal creators, especially without a permit, which I am not allowed to have until I am 21. If I could control my fiery temper long enough not to maim the black market vendors refusing to sell me fake permits, this would not be an issue. I am faced with the options to try and cast a better portal spell, force my way through this at risk of injury, or be given a suggestion that fits neither of the previous options. I am listening.

Building a tower would take time and effort, but a landmark would be easy. For now, find the sturdiest rocks and build yourself a marker. This is your territory now.

Then find engineers or scientists to dominate for an actual tower to the portal.

Good luck.

If you have long term plans, it seems silly to risk death or serious injury with shoddy workmanship.

Best plan would be to obtain one of those fake permits. If no one will sell you one, you get a proxy to purchase it. Or you steal one from someone else who purchases one.

Krak!
I can easily terraform this rock. In a matter of seconds, I can erect a garden of monuments, but I chose to make a simple obelisk to remember this place.

Just as easily, I can make a tower, but I do have wings. Flying to the portal is much less time and energy consuming.

As much as I'd like to explore the portal more, I can't help but feel that interfering with that portal and whoever it is pressing through it will result in a major rift in the continuity of events. A time hiccup is very annoying and creates a mess.

I have arrived at
Derelict Square, where I may find someone willing to get me my false permit and even good deals on the portal creating materials.

The market is always changing in Derelict Square. These shops may not be here again by my next visit. Although, more often than not, the popular merchants frequent this plaza. I know the orange stand with the pair of demons sells Enchanted clothing. The blue stand sells items for portal spells. They are here 99% of the time. I doubt the other two I've come across will stay.

>>660576
From the fetid stench of soil and rot, I would guess he is a potion salesman. He seems to be selling potent potions meant for high level demons for three times as much as they normally are sold for. I must be wary of my Malevolent Reputation. If it's too high, I may be forced away. In other cases, if it's too low, I may not be taken seriously. I tap the man on his head.

His bulls-eye potion is only $5000 lens...

If there are no other bargains for bulls-eye potions, begin a bidding war between the two sellers. Start by telling the seller on the right that if he doesn't lower the price of his bulls-eye potion, then you will purchase items from Adabathon and ignore him, instead of purchasing his Satan's Essence potion. Then tell Adabathon that you think his eagle-eye potion is watered-down, weakening the effect.

Play these two to bring the prices in the $3000-4000 lens range each. If you bid too much, they'll get what you're doing and scam you as a team, so don't sucker too much out of them.

DUDE, don't waste those! They're rare! Seriously, it's worth more than all the loot you just pilfered!

Okay, hire a team and go do a mission or something. All those healing items (plus your ability to execute backstabbers within your immediate vicinity) make you a prospective investor in the mercenary business.

"Hello, I am Lucian. What I have is nothing but this Pure Crystal that is not for sale."
That crystal is detrimental to my quest to Heaven. A Pure Crystal is rare, expensive and hard to come by.
"What do I have to do to get it?"
"All you have to is get me a small, metal box full of the whispers of souls long gone."
"Hey, miss. I think the last bit a' the Square may have it. There's all kinds a' stuff there."
"Thanks for that info."
Lucian chuckles. "Your friend is quite right. I have faith that you shall return with the item I seek."
"Then I'm getting it. Come on, Mecanta."
Mecanta and Lucian exchange a strange look. They almost had a strange connection. I doubt it was anything of substance.

703612

It is so rare, only made once every 52 years by the most skilled of Underworld mages, in a very, very limited supply, and coveted by those who lack the funds to access it. Powerful enough to make any spell work as you want it to, even if the ingredients are fake, weak or missing. For a box full of whispers, this will be the easiest Pure Crystal I'll ever get.

Well then, let's go and see what can we do to get this box... I guess you have a lead, right?

I haven't given up on stupidquest, Color Quest or A Journey of Hatred. Because of a major operation to my spine, I've been rendered unable to do much besides stare at my own ceiling. If you want updates, go to my Tumblr... Sorry... torakosama.tumblr.com
