Looks like Mother is doppelgangers. Tower is the tower itself, which seems to imply the golems and living statues that were destroyed and used as materials. Father is some kind of tentacle thing; chimaeras? Elements is obvious.

I vote Element, since Tower seems like it would take the fun out of traps.

Well my friend, you have a 50/50 chance of surviving at this point. Either the dragon is a trap, or it isn't. Go with isn't. Something is weird, as that skeleton doesn't belong. However, I can tell you that I think the metal thing is a lever. Probably at one point, you should pull it. The eyes, are traps. Advance along to the eyes, following the dragon above, then put your axe in between the eyes, to see what happens.

Don't. Lets try something different. Try to break the skull open, WITHOUT breaking it off the spike it's attached to. In other words, leave a ring of bone around the spike, and just break the rest open.

Wait, string...Hmm.

Take hand out of the skull, Izzy. Break the skull open.

Oy. So the way I see it... we have to simply walk through the eyes, thus activating two 'levels' of the trap at once?

Alternatively, if frowny face is 'bad for master / no fun', then we need to block an eye so they don't see each other. Hrm.

I'm gonna go with the first interpretation for now, though. It's just counter-intuitive enough to work.

Can she and the knight at least have a happy ending when you find him?

Reach out and save her. You can still use her. The traps aren't suddenly going to cease, and you can toss her into anything you aren't particularly sure is a trap.

And throwing her into an obvious trap is more fun than toss her into a bottomless pit.

Oh come on, just because the master of the tower is a cunt doesn't mean you have to take it out on everyone else.

Show a little love.

Guys, we already know the pit doesn't lead to death.

Fred may be pretty evil but he's also really powerful. If we want to take one character through the traps instead of rerolling a lot, it's Fred that will do it.

I'm fine with lots of rerolling...

the pit leads to what all traps lead. a lolification/trapification/mindwipification spell.

on one hand, making him lose now is a mighty fine idea. on the other, i know he may succeed, but doesnt deserve to.

he should fail, right after releasing the knight.
