Take the mirror and the purple slab to the left side of the hallway. One of those must be useful to interact with the laser sensor.

So, what's that thing that was behind the mirror?

Millions pushes the mirror to the left side and turns it to the laser, after getting a good angle it lines up with the sensor and a loud click is heard somewhere else.

Back to the right. Let's hope whatever opened isn't related to the bug room...

To the right, something came out of the ground, a latter attached to the side, a platform has been created. It looks very unsafe.

Let's see what those are. More pegs, maybe? Take the rubber band with you up the latter.

The key design is carved into the wood. You feel like you have seen this too, very recently.

No screwdriver, plastic card or flat knife? Maybe the key will work... It didn't? You will have to come back to this later.
So we're left with: the water cooler, the wall drawing of a water drop over a pipe thing, the corner moss, the rock thing stuck to the ground, and maybe something involving the nail(?) that the rubber band used to be. Unless any of those things have properties I fail to recognize you will need to deal with the bug room.
Take a cone of water to throw at the giant centipede. Don't know what this will do, but you got nothing else.

Is there anything on the other side of the purple slab?

Oh, there's something on the wall next to the door, almost looks like a drawer. Go mess with it.

The doors lock is filled with something hard and blue, it is stuck unlocked and can not be used.

You will probably need to clean yourself again. Also, lets inspect the light fixture. It lowered. It seems tempting to just pull on it.

The caterpillar gets closer, it stops hissing as the screws start falling.

It looks like you can slide the wall open. See if you can do that now that the screws are unscrewed.

Millions peels the metal wall. Freezing air floods into the room from the new opening.
Millions slowly steps out with the caterpillar happily eating the screws on the floor.

Millions is now outside, well, in a small courtyard filled with snow. Mountains tower over the buildings walls, everything grey, cold, snowy. He has never been here.

There is a note on the wall, and a caterpillar skeleton stuck in the snow.

Its very, very cold. The goo on Millions freezes quickly and falls off in pieces.

The wall behind Millions closes again, still able to be opened again easily.

Its too cold, and a raincoat wont keep you safe for long.

What does Millions do now?

Hmm sounds like we might have to go back inside and try to progress further that way. The caterpillar should be tame now that we've fed it with the screws... We might be able to get into the room by splashing water onto the gunk preventing the door from being opened.
I wonder if it'd be worth it to run down there and fetch some of the dead caterpillar's teeth?
