Psychic powers are more believable than something ignoring the square cube law.

I'm kinda a little afraid of starting an adventure and sucking like hell so I decided to start doing a text adventure with a friend of mine. hes a dragon-folk ex-adventurer who became the president and who got shuffled down to the basement of his castle because of an attack. then another friend joined in and he's a soul tied to a construct with a giant rune on his chest and they have fought a mimic and a shadowbeast so far and now theyre on a train. im making this up as i go and its ridiculously fun.
another friend of mine joined today and i made him a bard who is a mathematical genious on a pirate ship. he killed a crazy rabid monkey by stuffing it into a bag full of metal shavings and bashing it against a wall and i paused with all the crew mistaking him for the capitain.
I think I'm doing really good and they didn't expect much but they seem to be having a lot of fun.
I guess what im saying is, if i put up a text adventure in here would anyone play it?

Sure! I did a text adventure and before I accidentally all my free time, it had some pretty good turnout.

The best way to do it is to just do it. If that makes sense.

Sweet, I'm gonna keep working on the one with my friends but don't be surprised if you see me around again soon.

I'd hold in that lolrandom a bit if I were you. Either that or become a drawfag, then you have a lot more freedom to be random. Text quests are more limiting because we have to actually comprehend what we're reading instead of just glancing at a WTFISTHAT picture.

yeah, if you give us a bag of metal shavings and a monkey we aren't going to stuff the monkey in the bag, we are going to wonder why the hell we have a bag of shavings and why a monkey is in the room.

is it not obvious? This is clearly the metal shavings disposal room. And the monkey is there because it desired to loot your metal shavings, because he thought they were banana peelings.

I'm sorry, I didn't exactly give a great description of what took place.
He was on a ship and he walked through a room with weapons strewn about and a bag tied up in the corner containing shavings.
This was not random, Later on I explain that its just random pilfered loot from a blacksmith and the crew didn't know what was in the bag when they grabbed it.
The PLAYER decided to grab the bag and take it with him, and the PLAYER decided to use it to murder the rabid monkey that attacked him.
I didn't expect it but it was definitely hilarious and powerful. My point is, I'll allow anything to happen if it makes any kind of sense.

Also, I plan to draw because I think it would be more fun, so I'm waiting for my drawing tablet...
