Actually it's been fairly great! We're good matchmakers! And yeah, we're not one to judge, whatever your tastes, we can roll with it.

Let me think, we tend to jump around a lot but let me recount one of our more romantic adventures. Okay so a few years ago we ran into one guy, went by the name of Garrett "Garth" Redwick, and his whole mission in life was to fuck one of every furry race, it was a pretty good little adventure... But then... Idk he just sort of went MIA on us, it was like our connection got cut or something.

After a bit more of walking I arrive at what I suppose is the town, there's two guards here, before I can take another step one of them calls out to me.

"Halt stranger! What is your purpose here?"

Not sure what you have to work with, but for simple recipes I like to cook meat to sauce of honey, onions and crushed nuts. Most vegetables are great cooked with some butter and rosemary.

Wile you cook change the subject for something more pleasant.
About Tos restaurant: How did he develop this dream? How does he expect to open this business? Will he be moving to a city?
About this Lizer? She sound very altruistic. Is she looking for a good college?
And what about Karatra? He doesn't talk much, apparently less so about himself. What does he do? What does he likes?
Maybe you could focus on why are they here in the first place.

One doubt though: Will you be able to eat with this mask? Earlier you were uncomfortable about showing your face to a rock, I can't imagine you will be more comfortable to do so with actual people.

Because of your head wound it's very important that you stay conscious. Don't sleep. You may have suffered some sort of trauma.
Stay focused and tell us exactly what happened. And when I say tell us I mean just think about it. There is no need to talk verbally.
You may be wondering if that wolf kid knew what he was doing or if you just lost your sanity. Maybe both are true, maybe both are false.

We need you to stay conscious okay, that what we are here for. Try and stay awake, we'll keep talking with you, just stay awake, you likely have a concussion and if you fall asleep you may not wake up and it's likely you will more sustain brain damage. So just stay with us okay? Help will be here soon.

There is a small chance they are just holding her hostage as a bargaining chip or selling her into slavery. To determine what they are probably doing these three questions should be enough.

1. how sexy is your daughter(take into account sex appeal for pedos as well)? an answer between 1 and 10 is enough

2. How experienced is she when it comes to sex? this question is mainly to determine if they are pimping her out, nobody wants to be known as the pimp who's whores are so bad one literally skinned someones dick on accident. same way of answering as before

3. what is it you owed the gnolls? Have they ever attempted to buy your daughter in the past?

but well, to answer your question, half of what I made a month in this farm, they wanted it

I don't know how many of them there are in total, two of them would come and pick up what I had

My apologies for those comments. Some of us are... just assholes.

Look, if we get support from the town's soldiers than perhaps we can deal with this threat by intimidating, arresting or killing them, but all we got is the kid and the kobolds I'm afraid the best we can hope is a stealth rescue.
It's possible you will have no other choice but to move somewhere else, and for that exactly reason I recommend separate everything it's too inconvenient to travel with for a possible negotiation. It's not an ideal solution but I think you will agree we have to develop as many strategies as possible to rescue your daughter.

Well, technically, we have helped many people before in many different forms, in many different universes, in many different timelines. This is our first time as a stone, so technically we haven't been picked up before by anyone else that we know of.

examples include helping a frog become an adventurer, helping a dragon with her love life, and controlling her magic, helping a cat clean a weird hall that has many rooms that changes, helping a scoundrel hide out in a mysterious small town as he makes the best out of his life while monsters threaten that town, helping three aliens stop some gangs from smuggling stuff, you know, just to name a few.

We're still helping some of them in fact.

Anyways, are you done hiding in the closet? Greg looked pretty hurt and I think he'd appreciate it if the only doctor in the building would come back and tend to his injuries right now.

I must say that in principle I respect your skepticism. Extraordinary claims do require evidences, and believing in any tall tale is a sure way to be made a fool by a con artist.
Funny enough we aren't the only magical item in Sam possession. You will see when you meet him.

Okay so really all we need to do is find their camp then get some city guards or something to attack it. It's also possible we could sneak in and save the girl then escape without them even knowing you were there, but we'd really want to get a look at the layout of their camp before we could know if that's a good idea.

So first step, find the gnoll camp. That means we need to follow their tracks. If you can do that, good. Otherwise we may have to ask the kobold group if any of them are good at tracking.
>>
No. 787033 ID: 48237d

That sum up the most important. Scouting and gathering information is the priority.
Unfortunately Greg didn't know a lot about this gang. He only knew two of them, but the gang marking suggest more numbers. That also means all the damage done here were accomplished by only two gnolls, so don't underestimate them.
They gave Gregory a deadline. He would need to give them everything he have in exchange for his daughter tomorrow night. I don't know what they are going to do after that, but if they were planing to follow the exchange as planed them the girl should be safe for at least one day.
You need to act quickly to save the live of an innocent little girl. Find their camp, locate points of interest like entrances, count how many of them you can and then we can decide how to approach.

And we will also need a proper weapon as well, Sam are you versed in any forms of combat? A spear is easy enough to learn as it mainly keeps you at a distance between you and an enemy. Sam might not be able to do much... but if he can get us into the gnoll gangs hands, we can trick them into being lured into a trap.

When the gnolls get a hold of us, we'll act like we need a someone to go recover "Our Treasure" so we can get our body back or some nonsense like that. They'll likely "accept", Planning on taking our supposed gold for themselves, only to learn to late that we led them into an ambush!

I don't know if that's a very good idea. Most plans like this end up going sour and turn into a huge brawl to the death between the parties involved. Nonetheless, it seems we have no other choice.

Perhaps it would be prudent to inform the guards of the situation. This farm is probably under their jurisdiction. But they might not believe you or be willing to leave their posts because of that thing going on.

b) Bring the Kobolds with you.
c) >_

>>
No. 788702 ID: f97b68

Hmm. Seems we have very few choices here. The smart choice would be to insist that the guard do something about this. But that might take a lot longer, and every second counts because those gnolls still have the little girl. Who knows what they're doing to her. Makes my blood boil.

And the second choice is to be a hero and do it ourselves. But that lessens the chance of successfully rescuing the poor girl. We'll also be putting others in danger, assuming they are willing to help. Not to mention we don't know exactly where their camp is.

We have no weapons and no real weapons or skills and we have no idea where they are. As much as it pains me, it seems we must find the "Boss" of the guards in town and try to convince them that we need they're help. Maybe telling them that a little ten year-old girl has been kidnapped will help.

You can't just guide a bunch of guards to walk aimless through the forest based on rumors you heard from a rock. Let them stay with Greg, if he wake up he can confirm what happened. Even if those guards aren't too invested in solving this problem, eventually they will do whatever bureaucratic bullshit they need to do, besides Liz and Tos can pressure the do to their job.
Remember, this is a scouting mission. If you take too many people your chances to stay unnoticed will decrease. You should either go alone or with Tos.

Are we sure your mask doesn't do more than just hide your face and mimic your expressions? Because I'm kinds hoping that it'll let you turn into a wolfman so that you could actually stand a chance against those guys if you need to fight them!

Or if that doesn't work, maybe your mask enhances your senses to be more like a wolf's? Like maybe your sense of hearing is better than normal and you can listen for them? Or your sense of smell is better and you can track them down by sniffing for them?

Or maybe I'm just an idiot? I don't know! For some reason I just think your mask should be able to do more than you said it could do and I don't know why I'm thinking that.

Ahem gentlemen I see you may need a bit of help with your reasoning, allow me to explain.
These Knolls are not a threat to you or the city right now yes, in fact I doubt they could ever be a threat to the city, but if you allow them to get away with these crimes; Assault of an innocent man, the abduction of a female child, the ransoming of said small girl, and the possible murder of the girl if the ransom is not paid will definitely embolden them to greater and greater crimes until they will get it into there heads that they are 'good enough' to take on the city.
Following me so far?
Now I have already said that there is little to no way they will be a threat to the city BUT if they do attempt to assault the city or otherwise gain access to it they will seek the closest entrance, which is this one, and of course the guards, you, will attempt to stop them or run and warn others, In which case they will see you as getting in their way and you will be most likely be slaughtered.
You get that?
So I'm not asking you to help save a little girl, I'm not asking you to uphold justice, I'm not even asking you to defend your city, I AM however asking you to preemptively get rid of a group of knolls while they are under prepared and unaware rather then wait until they do the same to you two in a month or twos time.
Understand?

But why would be considering the best course of action? You should be trying to woo Liz at every opportunity, lover boy. Go on, complement her courage, her altruism and her eyes.

Because you never told us if you had any money when you first picked us up off the ground. Even though we didn't really ask if you had money, it's mostly because we never had a reason to ask about money.

Since you have to eat seafood let's consider your options.
If your problem is with bones try cartilaginous fish. Sharks and mantas don't have sharp bones.
Another common problem is what I will call here as the intensity of the taste. Sardine have a tremendous strong taste that you probable want to avoid. For this problem the best you can do is follow your nose.

Fish soup will have a strong smell and flavor but should be otherwise tasty.
Oyster soup will taste good but oysters have a weird texture.
Grilled fish could have bones but as this is a restaurant it seems unlikely. Otherwise that sounds delicious.
The shrimp literally come in a bucket. Sometimes with some sauce on the side. They are mild and kind of boring but have a satisfying texture. Dealing with the shells is real work if you've not done it before.
Fish tacos won't have bone but they're a gamble. They could be garbage, or they could be LITERALLY THE BEST THING EVER. Ask for an opinion on them. If the person you ask doesn't start singing an endless line of praises, pass.

B. You can probably flake up the fish and mix it with the veggies, and wash it down with the drink after.

As for kar and tos, splitting the shrimp bucket might work. ...if not, I guess it'd be either two buckets or one and oyster soup.

So, either 45 or 60 for the three of you, as opposed to only covering one.

I think I have to agree with Lizzie. Tos isn't really... he's not going to be able to handle that.

>Leave Liz and Kar to deal with their issues.
It probably got this bad from leaving them to deal with their issues for too long. I don't know if I should, but I want to help, somehow.

Go back and tell them that regardless of actions they decide to pick there's no way any of this is going to work. If you make Lizzie stay here, do you really think she's going to stay here? And does Lizzie seriously believe she can handle an offensive position? There is no point in arguing about the situation at hand because it isn't going to change jack shit. If anything they should assess the situation from a stealth perspective.

I still think you should go alone. The least amount of people the less likely you will be of been spotted. Beside, what help will the kobolds be in a fight against a gnoll gang?
Regardless I trust Tos to be able behave and do what he can to not be seen by dangerous criminals. No one will be happy with this course of actions, but if you and Tos leave Liz will have the opportunity of experiencing Kar's point of view.

Leaving this conflict to it's natural development may not be ideal, but you already prove yourself to be too cowardly to interfere.
I already made my case of what I think you should do. If you don't want to deal with their problems and don't want to leave I don't know what to tell you. Maybe you should give a chance to the masturbation and blowjob suggestions in this case.

It's important to not look afraid right now.

Be blunt, ask why he's against letting her go through the mission tomorrow. She handled the situation well so far. And looks better in tracking and combat than Tos. Ask why does he think she'll ruin it. The mission is just a reconnaissance, ideally there shouldn't even a fight in the first place. If he's really intransigent, offer to go with her (or him) instead.

If he doesn't shut down for further questions you could then ask about their relationship. Thing is, you don't really know much about it so you don't know which questions to make. So make a simple question this behavior: ask him why do they argue with each other so often. Warn him that it stresses Tos.

I think I have some insight into scenarios like this due to experience. Both sides aren't wrong and never settle their differences. Both sides don't back down and compromise is never performed. You can try meeting separately with both people to gather info or whatever. Here is a few things to consider:

1. Kar does not trust Lizzie to leave and come back, this is why this conflict was brought up when Lizzie got back. I would not be surprised if Lizzie had a sub-motive/motive when you and her left, and she might of known they were already making food. This is why Kar refuses to let Lizzie leave like this.

2. Both sides have valid concerns, at least for this. Overprotectiveness doesn't apply considering there is a valid (but small, for this scenario) risk for people who go out heroically, even if its only for a scouting mission. What Kar's motive is that he values Lizzie more than Greg's daughter, and either A: doesn't trust Lizzie to handle something like this, B: doesn't want to lose her in overprotectiveness (commonly shown in war veterans due to loss of friends), C: Both, or D: Something else, as we don't know much. For all you know, Lizzie has some disability that makes stuff like this hard or something.

I recommend to move onto Lizzie, and go back to Kar later, assuming nothing comes up/something big revelation is revealed. Give Kar some time to think or something, he seems to be thinking considering his failure to respond. Turn to leave.

I look for Lizzie, but can't find her anywhere. I ask Tos and he points towards outside the camp. Lizzie's tent is a little separated from everyone else's, makes sense being the only girl. Barging into her tent might not be a good idea, so...

Wait a second, is she even in the tent? She didn't left, did she? If you have a lantern light the tent ant try to see her silhouette. If you can't be sure she is there then first put your hand inside and see if there's a reaction. If not, take a peek.

Better off staying in camp. He can fend himself and it looks like he knows where he's going. Pester Tos because you're still too anxious. Check if he's coping well, maybe ask for a bit more info about this conflict if these questions don't upset him.

I don't think telling Kar was a good idea. Because her stuff was there, she was planning to go back soon, maybe before he even noticed her absence. Try to run away without being noticed, because if you get noticed you may get cleaved in the back. Also, we here can't triangulate a position where you could run off, turn a specific amount of degrees, and follow the route due to the lack of a end position and one length.

In more simple terms, we may be able to work something out with more information, but otherwise run.
