Well I guess our only option is to fail . . .

Save some rare exceptions true resurrections is usually outside the sphere of influence of necromancy.
You seem very confidant in the reanimation option. Do you have the means to create a zombie? Wouldn't that make your master acknowledge you as his master the same way you do to him? That would be an interesting loyalty bond.

I can create simple zombie I think but nothing as soulful as I am. I think. I am.

But it leaves me with resurrecting master.
An idea!

Assuming this is Zork, go N means to move north. Can you tell north from the sun?
Maybe you can leave, make more zombies, and then use them to rescue master! Thus:

Resurrection is not really a thing demons do, but maybe I'll be able to work something out with a demon lord. Or maybe if I bring him over to uh uh... the celestials? They say celestials break the wheel of natural birth and death with the right person.

Drag master until you find something alive(SA). Negotiate with SA for its assistance. When negotiations fail catastrophically, make SA not-alive-anymore. Make SA not-dead-anymore and have undead friend carry master.

Speak slowly and ask her to follow you.

The tube-grown cat person follows your lead with gentle and graceful movement.

The center of the lab lays otherwise quite destroyed in front of us. I cannot clear out the mess, I cannot figure out how to find dozens of tools for any process I know, not being sure if a critical instrument is missing, broken or unusable for even the simplest dark craft proceeding.

I would need everything collected and prepared and set out in order to complete any useful process. There are four entrances to the core of the lab complex. One for each cardinal point. I recognize that the southern part of the lab has been destroyed by the explosion.

To the east there's a corridor with an open door. I try the other two doors, but they're locked and require a pyramid key activation to unlock.

The Eastern part is connected with an intact autopsy and demonic containment lab. Its liquid chambers are all filled with different kinds of dark craft beings of artificial life and origin. I could attempt to replace the zisha of masters body, although I have never tried it on my own before....

That is your next goal.
Secondary objective: Activate other servitors to contain the damage and engage in search and rescue. Keep this one with you, as you are burdened with a casualty and likely to require assistance.

Also: Your master DID say "I screwed up. I am beyond help monkey."
His statement that he is beyond help means your mission is not to save him. However, because he did not state your mission you must first attempt to restore him enough for him to state your mission.
If that is not possible, then you must infer your mission from other statements.

His statement that he screwed up means that there is a mistake to ameliorate. Given the state of this facility, it would be logical to conclude that your mission is related to correcting this problem.
Keep this in mind as you search for medical aid:
If the damage is beyond your ability to repair, can you prevent further degradation in afflicted areas?
If you cannot prevent further degradation, can you prevent the spread to other areas?
If you cannot prevent the spread to other areas, can you identify the cause and convey information to somebody capable of resolving these problems?
