Good evening. My name is Allan Red, and my world is in pieces. I fought for justice, I casted and incanted my best, I fought harder than anyone, and now all my friends and all my known family is dead.

The world is overrun. Outside this cave lies an army of enemies, and they will soon find me. I was told you are an artifact of infinite power. You are my only hope...

Likewise, the Nameless Man didn't actually destroy anything, he just set off a chain of events that led to destruction... much like Coralina.

>>28563
Although this kind of hints that sir Nameless actually is the BBEG.

Your literary analysis skills are flawed. Nameless Man is to Vresch as Red's Mom is to Coralina.

Hush you. I'm merely not specialized in Communications, that'd be the late Mr. Brown.

"Who... What, are you?"

>"I could ask the same, surfacer."

"My name is Red, and I fell a very long way. I think my leg's broken, and I cannot stand up."

She mutters a spell of light.

>"Oh shugarfoot! Hold on, hold on..."
"No, let me. Ignis."
>"Oh, thank you. You see, I was cursed.... but I can't really talk about the curse, or I'll always be interrupted."
The large creature sighs.

It pauses, breifly, when you ask for help.
>"I can't."
she hops into the air, towards the ground, and then falls... back up, onto the ceiling.
>"I'd carry you up the way you came, but..."
She mutters the light spell again, moving her head to the ceiling and shining light on a wide hole.... blocked by a large rock. The one you dislodged earlier in your fall, appaerently.
>"Sorry."

>Healing?
I can seal wounds with magical fire, but it hurts like a bitch and is only useful for bleeding wounds. Some legendary Fire specialists have been able to ignite 'their inner fire' and speed up their natral healing rates to truly absurd levels, but I cannot. I can, however, set the bone.

One, two, SON OF A BITCH!

>"Are you alright?"

"Uhm, yes, can you heal bones?"

No... The true evil is not the parts, it's the artificial soul within. I can blow off their limbs, crush their metallic skulls, render them no more than scrap... but if that peice remains, the evil lives on.
If I am to rid the owrld of their taint, I will keep this leg and soldier on, keeping at the top of my current potential. I WILL find the Nameless man.

Most wildlife in the caverns, this low especially, IS hostile. If you must know, that thing was a Deep Eel, and they're voracious bastards.

Now that you mention it, most... actually, all recorded dragons are hostile creatures. None so far have ever spoken human language.

Thew beast slumps back, dead, into the depths of the cavern. It seems that is was incredibly long, since it doesn't just fall.
