That may work. Certainly, the box is indestructable. However, to do this, Sigurd would first need to place her IN the box. Currently, Hope is too mobile to do this.

The other method of victory would be to kill the demon before it can heal... or prevent it from doing so.

Indeed. Although the box is mighty, Sigurd should have no problem opening it. To trap Hope inside only requires doing so, and then grabbing her for long enough.
The only other way to victory would involve slowly ripping her to pieces, piece by bloody piece. Hope cannot regenerate lost body parts. She can only seal wounds.
Either way may work, and likely no other.
