He has a huge battleaxe. I think your best bet is to make like a spah: sneak up behind him and backstab him for a one-hit-kill.

Find a way to lock him in chains or a cage. Take him to the Kennels. Use BEER to train him. Ride around on tame dwarf and use him to dig stuff faster back at base.
