Allen and Chip go directly in the closest side door. It smells of faint smoke. A STEP LADDER lies on the floor. There are BURNED FILE CABINETS covered in soot and torn metal. At the back of the wall is a VENT. Chip still hasn't recovered.
>>
No. 596015 ID: 879a42

Yeah its gonna be a while before h gets back to normal.

That step ladder might be useful, but it would be bothersome to carry. Is it a wooden stepladder or metal? (I imagine it would be metal)

One more thing, take a closer look at the torn metal and then the vent, how is the metal torn? Was it done intentionally? Make sure you don't get too close to that vent...

It's a metal stepladder. Chip could carry it with his ATHLETIC PHYSIQUE, but his hands would be full.

>>One more thing, take a closer look at the torn metal and then the vent, how is the metal torn? Was it done intentionally? Make sure you don't get too close to that vent...

The metal looks like it burned and charred off instead of melting... Allen goes to the vent, there seems to be something inside there. Also there's no screws on it.
>>
No. 596224 ID: 879a42

If there are no screws then someone took the screws off... WELP. Time to open it and get whatever is inside... or we could have chip get it. Yeah have the doofus get it and make him bring it back.

Why don't you help pull him out, it be faster and this way there is no risk of chip deciding to stay in there. Just drag him and uh....make it seem amusing for the unstable chip.

Wheee! Take a glance at the vent, feel if the wind is still blowing strong, we will have to remember that the ventilation seems to be in overdrive!

Back away from the vent a bit so the photo doesn't get blown out of your hand, then take a look at it, see what's left.

Allen takes the photo from Chip and puts it in his vest pocket. Keeping a hand over it he looks into the vent. There's a very strong wind blowing around, it's warm... There's some sort of light in the distance.

What kind of light is it? Is it a flashlight looking into the vent or something from the other side, or is it more...unnatural. Don't approach it, keep a distance maybe even back up some towards the door.

To Allen it kind of looks like one of the room lights coming from far away.

Allen and Chip leave this room if there's nothing else that comes to mind about it. Outside they hear a large CRASH. But they can't tell where the sound came from. There are still two doors they have not gone into. The other side door and the large double doors at the bottom. There's also the broken cage and the hole in the ground. Chip still needs some CLOTHES or at least PANTS. And they're hungry.

Foxes can't live on YUMMY JELLYBEANS alone.

Chip and Allen go in the other side door. It seems somebody lived here? There's A SOLID DESK, IRON LOCKER CLOSET, INTERCOM DEVICE, and a STEEL COT. What should the duo do here? There's pants to find and clues to hunt and most importantly food to get.

Check the desk and locker, attempt to acquire pants, then check out the intercom. Hopefully nothing is locked. Check under the bed, see how heavy the locker closet is, see if it can moved. (Press buttans on intercom.)

Check the desk and locker, Hopefully nothing is locked.
Allen goes to pull out each drawer and see what's inside. Thankfully there's no locks on any of these drawers.

One drawer is filled with a bunch of syringes covering a BAG OF RUBBER BANDS.

Another has some cards inside, but it only seems like one of them is a HIDDEN ELEVATOR KEYCARD.

The third drawer holds some punched tickets and some sort of PROGRAM for some sort of art exhibition. Chip is able to read it "The Opuses of Renowned Master Tom. Only for one week in ~" the name of the city is illegible .

The last drawer has a bag of nugget pretzels! But... who knows how long this has been here...

Allen guesses it is an H.

>>So B,C,H,O I guess?

When Allen presses button B, he hears the sound of crying and whimpering.

Button C has some creepy laughter and some sort of flat voice saying he's going to get out here, there's no way he could be trapped, he escaped.

Button H has nothing but static.

Button O, crackles a bit. But somebody answers.
"Do[Eye@mc0m!ing]n't moFORUve, Wait(foR mE) ri(NO)E&c@pE)ght t(here'sknots@fe"

The fact that it someone answered is either really good or really bad depending on how friendly they are. Try to talk back asking ''who are you?'' Maybe ''what's going on?'' Hopefully he/she/it doesn't want our blood.

Button O had somebody answering, but Allen had a bad feeling about that voice. It made him very scared. The raccoon tried getting a conversation going but there's no answer from the button. In any case, there was so much happening, that Allen and Chip needed a moment to recollect themselves. Now that Chip has shorts, he has a much easier time carrying things around.

Chip at the moment has, A CHIPBOX, A BOTTLE OF MYSTERIOUS PILLS, THE PATIENT 13 MEMO, A PAIR OF SCISSORS, A CARD CUT IN HALF, BAG OF UNPOPPED POPCORN, UNKNOWN PHOTO.

Allen in his inventory has instead A SCRATCHED DISC/CD, CRUMPLED UP TRAITOR NOTE, TORN UP J-4 NOTE, and a 2/3 FULL BAG OF YUMMY JELLYBEANS.

There is also a RUSTED PLATE found under the bed. The drawers have a BAG OF RUBBER BANDS surrounded by dangerous needles, a HIDDEN ELEVATOR KEYCARD, a PROGRAM for some sort of art exhibition, and a BAG OF NUGGET PRETZELS. How should the duo juggle things around, what questions should they ask? What should they do now?

They need to (take all loot) ask questions about why they think they are here, and who or what wants them here? What went wrong that there is nothing but things roaming the halls (hopefully just one?) and how they could find a way to an exit... but most of all who is still alive that made that ominous voice on the radio, and why would he still be alive.

He said roughly don't move wait right there, do the opposite and quickly and quietly scrape up the stuff in the room and distance yourself as far away as possible from this room. Start by taking the double doors. (Make sure you speak quietly, and try to have chip do the same. Thar be demons.)

Chip and Allen can take just about everything except for the bag of rubberbands in the middle of all those syringes. Unless they come up with a way to safely get it out, it's going to stay there.

>>ask questions about why they think they are here, and who or what wants them here?

Chip asks why are they here in this place.
Allen says “Well I remember we were patients, I had some sort of mental disorder, they never told me what it was though. I've been living here ever since...” The raccoon clutches his arm. Chip asks what about himself but Allen frowns. “I'm not sure, they never told me why you were here? We either had something physical or mental but for you, I think it was mental. You were brought in when I was... 9 I think?”

Allen doesn't know and looks away. When Chip asks about how they can get out of here.

Well its good you know who that was, let's focus on leaving now. Through the double doors, let's see where those lead.

To get to the rubber bands first, why not scrape the syringes away with the rusty plate, then slide the rubber bands toward yourself and grab them.

Chip goes and takes the rusty plate and uses it to scrape those needles off and away from the bag of rubber bands. The duo grabs the bag and leaves the room with all their stuff.

>>Well its good you know who that was, let's focus on leaving now. Through the double doors, let's see where those lead.

Chip and Allen leave through the double doors on the bottom. It leads into a hallway, in front of them are more double doors, to their right, some sort of elevator. To the left another hall it seems. Chip looks all around. They needed to hurry before whoever that person, possibly Jack found them.
