anyways the doge wants shoes and the bee wants honey which we have nether of. The door in the basement next to where we started is is drawn on and can't be opened from this side even in the virus plain, the only other door we've found is covered in blood and can probably only be opened in the blood plain. Well, the drawings hint at a few things:
1)Something about abdomens. Referring to the bee merchant?
2) The dog went somewhere, we don't know where. We could look for it, but apparently we're not allowed to go check every room. Then again that was me suggesting to check every room in RUST, when the dog is in DEATH. So we could just go looking for the dog via NAUT and NOMI.
3)Telling us we don't have to kill everything. Well, that's obvious, we didn't kill the coffin boss. I wouldn't mind going pacifist where possible.
4) Something about eyes. Not sure what that's about.
5) Bees all the way down. Actually, I wonder... is it possible to unlock the plane of bees for one of our characters here? Then the fountain would have honey in it.
6) Some kind of hint to check the virus plane somewhere maybe? Except I don't know where.
7) Something about the fountain. ...is there any fluid in the fountain in the RUST plane? Or maybe that's just a second hint to try to get to the bee plane in that room.

Oh, everyone except NAUT: What are the elements? NAUT isn't telling us about all of them.

I vote that we go look for the dog first.

Oh now I see how people are guessing what buttons do what. I didn't click on the image before.

1=1+2, it has triangle and square.
4=4+5, it has star and diamond.
3=3+1, it has circle and triangle.
I think we can assume every button at least lights up itself, so... triangle=1, square=2, circle=3, diamond=4, star=5.

Regardless, just pushing 3 would light up everything but 3. We already know that for sure.

If it's hard to see, there's a faded out triangle above the third button.

I've thought it out and I guess that this puzzle has to be done by two people. But it may actually be a clue to something else. The sequence loops from buttons 1, 2, 4, 5, 3, and back to 1.

The drawings don't seem like an appropriate hint but try viewing the first five pictures in that order, see what happens.

Hmm, there's 2 symbols for each of the switch, except 3.
It would seem that:
>pressing 1 will flip 1 and 2 (square connection)
>pressing 4 will flip 4 and 5 (star connection)
>pressing 3 will flip 3 and 1 (triangle connection, but 3 doesn't have the triangle symbol?)
>pressing 2 will flip 2 and 4 (diamond connection)
>pressing 5 will flip 5 and 3 (circle connection)

So, from the latest position, if you want to open just 3, you'd need to press these button in succession:

2, 1, 4, 2.

play-by-play:
initial lights on: 2,3,4,5
after 2 is pressed: 3,5
after 1 is pressed: 2,3,5

after 2 is pressed: 3

Strategy: Dip's ability will allow us to use GRAND SLAM for maximum effect on our next turn. That means that SD's best move is to interrupt Dip while damaging him to prevent Dip's buff from evening the playing field. If he can deal a full skull of damage then Naut and Nomi are in danger anyway, which means that we need to end the fight as quickly as possible while SD's goal is to destroy team cohesion. Playing on the defensive too long will allow SD to pick off allies, decreasing our general DPS while leaving us desperate to survive.

>NOMI uses their BITE attack! It does 1 skull!

>SHAKI uses PROTECT on DIP! she'll take damage instead of him this turn.

>DIP uses SYMPHONY! their next attack round is buffed!

>SCRAPPY DOO uses LEG SWEEP. Naut takes half a skull in damage! Shaki protected Dip, She took half a skull in damage!

Nomi, Glutton! (or Bite, if you think that eating this steroid puppy is too dangerous)
Dip, Shriek!
Shaki, Heal Naut!
Naut, GRAND SLAM!

Should be more than enough to take him down.

FLEX!

Yeah this is about right. Although I'd like to prefer getting him down to near death rather than killing him, because well, maybe we don't have to kill him? Unfortunately he's got 8 skulls left, Grand Slam does at least 6 boosted, and Nomi does at least 1 skull base damage now, which means either we don't use grand slam, or Nomi would have to do absolutely nothing and I don't think she even can.

So if we're going for nonlethal: Smash(2), Glutton?(3 or 4), Shriek(1), Heal Naut.

I get the feeling that he has a second form or something. Overkill just to be safe; if he can transform and instantly heal at least once, bringing him down to low health isn't going to cut it.

I'm usually into nonlethal takedowns but this guy might kill a squad member and he refuses to communicate. Best hope that his physique will help stop the bleeding; WE CAN ATTEMPT TO HEAL HIM AFTER DEFEATING HIM.

Ah. It looks like the true downside to Grand Slam is that it prevents anyone else from acting that turn.

INCLUDING THE ENEMY.

Nicely done! Now just play it safe and win! Also, demand their surrender right before attacking, with Shaki if necessary to spend an action.

Shaki, heal Naut!

Nomi, Bite!

Dip, Symphony!

(If anyone knows how to deal 2 damage / turn in this situation, now's the time!)

Maybe apply the COLLAR to SCRAPPY before he can do anything?

Interesting idea. Could work to pacify him.

If not, Nomi could just Gluttony to finish him off, along with a Shriek.

What if the collar heals / buffs him?

>>674637
Thought about that, but what if Nomi ends up consuming steroids or some other ^&*(?

We're almost done defeating the level boss, can we play this safe?
