It feels like the perfect fit for me. Just imagine if Lagotrope animated a flash with Red in it with Zed's voice, but not using any actual scene from the quest. Make up your own context, and you'll fucking see it.

The part where Zed falls down the stiars is the only one where it could fit in the quest, when red's getting tazed. Screaming on the motorcycle you'd have to imagine Red on a motorcycle (probably driving over to where Jess and Itcher were in the end, like a little interlude). And imagine him lighting someone on fire when Zed says "You shouldn't smoke, it's bad for you"
