Monsterpocalypse is indeed the Kaiju battlan gaem. You pick 1 or 2 monsters from a rather large roster now made up of 12 factions, all pulling inspiration from famous movie monsters. There's a Super Robot faction, Ultraman faction, Godzilla faction, Cthulu faction, Molemen faction, Sea monster faction (so >>312727 may very well become related), etc.

It's a fairly easy system to pick up and comes with fold out maps and its own buildings. The biggest complaint I have with it is random boosters, but there are websites like Miniature Market where you can order specific figures, often times, for less than a booster would cost.

eh, that Terra Khan picture was initially intended to be a "hurrr" face, but I suppose it's kinda "dat ass"... there IS a giant fembot and a giant water elemental woman as two of the monsters though, so it could be relevant

I have played, it is quite entertaining.
