One of the things I've personally noticed about myself, other then my terrible spelling (Thanks to Dakdo for undoing my crimes against gramma) is that I don't seem to write "Normal" characters. All my characters are somehow different from the norm, whether they have non-typical gender, body build, Gender preference or alien biology.
