A quest by Cirr set in the Defective universe, though at a different point in time. A deikail watches as her race is exterminated, and their creators are helpless to save them. She alone is taken alive by the kulukuzu, who in this setting are much more militant, and they experiment on her alive to try to contact the false gods she can see. As the last of her race, she is left alone, naked, and helpless in a cell as the gekeh, who don't share the kulukuzu's opinions on her utility, come to resolve her and destroy the last creation of the Eldest.
