The drill is any of a variety of devices that use a rotating portion made from hard material, called the 'bit', to wear away at a surface using friction and blades in order to create a hole. I think the normal idea is that the stick figures depicted in OP's image are zombies, and you draw yourself in the middle, with the accoutrements with which you would deign to vanquish the zombies. The twist thus means that you would depict a /quest/ character equipped and prepared for battle, as in >>8880
A less potent character would likely be drawn with some manner of armaments specifically tailored to holding off zombies.
