Since attacking your Trainer would probably get you shipped off to some freaky unethical lab to be put down, or worse, experimented on, you go look for a poor innocent Wild Pokemon on which to take out your anger at being named Pink.

Finding a poor, innocent, unsuspecting Pikachu you prepare your favorite Scratching claw.

You Scratch the Pikachu's face, then before it can counter, use Attract.

It forgets its thoughts of revenge and is just staring at you. Idiot.
Your Trainer seems to not know what to do, never having been in a battle before. Stupid human. Looks like you have to do everything yourself.

Also, due to being a Fire Type, you have natural resistance to the sun, and don't burn easily. Still, sunscreen is a good idea, have to point it out to Nerdchuck next time we stop by a PokeMart.

"Yeah, I caught a Pikachu!"

Hmph. You do all the hard work, and publicly ruin your reputation by being dumb enough to hug a Pikachu, and getting paralyzed, yet you don't even get honorable mention in his victory shout. Well,a t least Nerdchuck had enough sense to heal you after. Maybe there's hope for him- but you doubt it.

Would you like to Nickname caught Pikachu?

"Yeah, I'll name him Yellow!"

Oh wonderful, another Pokemon to be made fun of for life because of this kid's names. You almost feel bad for it.

Alright, you should probably drag Nerdchuck back to town now, he's been lost for about an hour.

We can go through the Haunted Forest, or go back the way you came through the Rocky Pass.

Both you and the wounded Pikachu will be weak against Rock Types (you almost fainted on the way here), but if we run across a Mankey it'll be useful later.

The Forest has Ghost Types though, and you don't know any attack moves other than Scratch. Then again, they're rare, and the Grass and Bug Types are pretty weak, especially f you manage to level up and learn Ember.
>>
No. 196916 ID: c5296f

Well hopefully yon trainer has the good sense to double back to the nearest center and heal yon new Pikachu, after which point the forest is more sensible, but odds are we don't get an actual vote on this.

You're trying to get Nerdchuck back to town so you can go to the Pokemon Center. Anyhow, you go the the forest, taking care not to set anything aflame with your tail.

The Trainer gets nervous and scared and brings out Yellow so he can feel safer behind a solid wall of two Pokemon half his size.

You and Yellow chat while you walk, since Nerdchuck is so slow and paranoid. Yellow seems nice, if a bit naive. He also seems self-conscious about his height- he keeps walking on his tip toes to try and stand as tall as you. It's pretty funny.

Anyways, there's two paths up ahead, one goes left and one goes right. You can't recall which direction you're going, but you think it's probably North. Town is to the East, so which way should you go?

Leading him back to town is the thing to do though, what with the getting fully healed, so yeah, east.

There isn't that much risk of starting a fire, unless we deliberately try to. Sure, we might smoulder live plants or singe the grass, but unless it's hot and dry and there's lots of dead branches out there shouldn't be much ignition material.

I'm not a breeder, so I dunno if you two are the same egg group or not.
However, you might be able to relieve some stress by beating the crap outta Yellow and making it look like kinky stuff, if ya know what I mean. He does look rather submissive to you, after all. 197124

You arrive at another crossroads. Nerdchuck wants to go right, and stay on the edge of the forest, where there's less chance of a Ghost attacking you, or getting lost.

Yellow, on the other hand, thinks we should go the other way, since there's supposed to be some kind of treasure the Wild Pokemon were talking about and he wants to find it.

Well, searching for some lost treasure would be interesting, but Nerdchuck has a point for once. Yellow isn't fully healed, and we're out of potions, so if he gets K.O.'d you'll have no way to fight Ghost Pokemon.

Your current inventory is as follows:

Belch Upchuck:
-One plain Pokeball
-Three Paralyz Heal
-Two Cans of PokeChow

Pink: No held item

Yellow: No held item

You decide to go with Yellows plan and have an ADVENTURE! As you walk down the path you and Yellow chat some more. Apparently the treasure is called the Silver Carapace, and that it grants whoever finds it one wish.

Soon you pass by an old abandoned shack. Yellow passes it by, saying it doesn't look like a place with treasure. However, your Woman's Intuition tells you that there's something valuable there.
Nerdchuck seems worried about it, but he's scared of everything in this forest.

You enter the old shack an- what the fuck! Someone wrote all over the place in red pen. You have a bad feeling about this.

It seems they left no surface unused, probably because their penmanship is terrible. In some spots it looks thinner, like they were running out of ink.

The three symbols on the wall look different from the rest, you think they may have been put there by a different person than the one with the pen.

Electric type pokemon can get paralyzed too.

Status immunities are tied to type as follows:
Ice types can't be Frozen by Ice moves. Tri-attack works.
Fire types can't be Burned at all.
Poison types can't be Poisoned. Neither can Steel types.
Grass types are immune to Leech Seed. That can still be transferred to Grass types via Baton Pass though.

Gastly was caught. Would you like to name caught Gastly?

"Of course! I'll name her Plum!"

As Nerdchuck goes about his little naming ceremony, you plan ahead. The tunnel is dark, but your tail flame should be able to provide light for the group. Plus, you're pretty sure Ghosts can see in the dark.

Nerdchuck has healed Paralysis from you and Plum, there is one Paralyz Heal left.

You are holding the Empty Red Pen. It has no effect, but can be turned in to the Recycling Police in town for 5 Poké.

Home sweet home Pi Town, where the only important thing around is the reclusive old grinch living in that big building over there. He's the only reason this place is on any maps.

This place doesn't have a PokeMart, but there's a traveling salesman whose house is here. If he's home he'll probably sell you stuff. Belch lives in his Mom's basement, in the house next to the lab. To the North (left) is a pond where people go fishing sometimes. West (down) is Pi Forest, where we just came from. To the South (right) is the Rocky Pass we went through to get to the Plains of Perspiration to the Southwest, where we found Yellow. It's called that because it's so huge you'll have to run for an hour to get to the next town.

Finally, if you go East (up) long enough you'll get to the Perimeter Port, but the Pokemon in the wilderness between here and there are far to strong for your party right now.

Pi Town doesn't have a library, but Transversal Town to the Southwest has a large one. In fact, it's the largest in the region. It'll probably have the info you need.

After you're done in town, you can take either the Rocky Pass or the Haunted Forest route, then head over the plains into town.

You don't think Hangedorf likes hugs, the Squirtle tried to hug him once. He got locked in the Chamber of Boredom for a week with only crackers and water to eat. Still, you wonder what's bothering him.

Well, Pink and Plum, they looked at each other, and they each said "Okay."

And they played the first thing that came to their head, just so happened to be the best song in the world, it was the best song in the world!

"Look into my eyes and it's easy to see, one and one make two, two and one make three, it was destiny!

Once every hundred-thousand years or so,
When the sun doth shine and the moon doth glow
and the grass doth grow, oooh!"

Needless to say, the beast was stunned. A whip-crack went his grumpy tail, and the beast was done. He asked them:

"Be ye angels?"

And they said:

"Nay, we are but MON!

ROCK!!
Ahhh, ahhh, ahhh-ah-ah-ah-ah-ahn,

Ti Tuga digga tu Gi Friba fligugibu Uh Fligugigbu Uh Di Ei Friba Du Gi Fligu fligugigugi Flilibili Ah Fligu wene mamamana Sacrebleu!"

And the shiny turtle was dragged into a hole in the ground, flames pouring out onto the road, and it was over.

Yellow and Belch stared in awe, and Yellow fainted from the sheer might of the song that was just sung, and the birds in the sky were silent, and the very winds stood still in reverence.

You're pretty sure you and Yellow are different Egg Groups, and therefore cannot produce eggs. Besides, that sort of thing is for the Daycare Center.

You hear something cracking, and begin to realize you are discussing with yourself the prospect of raping Yellow for babies. Pink are confused why you would want that, when we does not want the stress of children yet. And why did she call yourself Pink, you hate that name, she is confused.

Pink has begun to become self aware. You are no longer directly controlling Pink's impulses, but are speaking to her, however, she still sees you as part of her mind.

With practice, Plum can also gain the ability to see people's auras in the Spirit World.

Plum may also enter the Spirit World completely, but this is dangerous, as not all spirits are as benevolent as herself.

"Okay, let's see what books we have here... Gardening and You, Fairy Tales, ah! Regional Myths and Legends. I think that's what we want. Thing is, I can't get it out both because I have no hands- mostly that- and also it's wedged in there pretty tight."

The others come over.

"Now, how to get this thing off the shelf?"

On another note, Belch has discovered an unfinished game of solitaire on the computer, which he proceeded to lose. He doesn't know how to get the book out either though.

... wait! go to the other side and have someone push it out from the back!

This is mostly for the others but they can either reach over the top and pry it out from behind, or if it's wedged in the top too they can go to the edge of the shelf and pull out books one by one, until the books aren't pressed against each other enough to keep from pulling one out.

As for you, can't you just smoosh yourself into the book and read it that way?

"Hey Pink, try pushing it out from the other side."

Pink goes around and I can hear her struggling on the other side, but the book doesn't budge.

Belch suggests the use of a crowbar.

"Best idea ever!"

I attempt to squeeze into the space between the books to get at the pages, but it appears that the books are actually fused together. And made of metal. No wonder we couldn't get it out!

Searching the rest of the Library, we find that all the books on the shelves are fake. Eventually we find an old wooden door marked "Authorized Employees Only". There is a purplish glow emanating from within. You can also hear some sort of terrified screams of unfathomable pain from the door.

We enter the door to find a crappy screamo band having a jam session, and they have purple lights put up everywhere. There is a door on the other side of the room.

The drummer doesn't sound too bad, but the other two kinda... suck. The singer tries to hard, and the guitarist isn't trying hard enough.

"As much as I'd love that, Yellow's still unconscious."

>>204387
"Yeah, I don't think they've noticed us yet. Best to just go around."

We go on through the door and find the real bookshelves. I guess they don't trust people enough to leave them out there. So, do we read it here, or take it with us?

Flip through the book a little here to make sure its the one you need.

Also, try giving Yellow the Cube. Or just popping it into the pokeball with him to see if it wakes him up.

"Alright guys... girls? Anyways~
So, we basically confirmed my suspicions, there are three keys, each connected to the symbols. The cave supposedly contains some sort of powerful tool that was sued to make the world, and it'll grant peoples' wishes! The symbols are Land, Sea, and Sk-.
"

"Aha, what have we here? Intruders, in our employees only section?" interrupts a voice. We turn around to see... the crappy band whose names we do not know.

Who are apparently employees here.
Or something.

"Yeah guys, this is, like, employees only, you gotta leave," says the hairy guitarist.

The short drummer stares at us with those cold... lifeless... doll-like eyes.

The singer, obviously the leader, steps forward. He's a skinny blond... guy? And how in the world did he get his hair like that?

Go to the center and get a quick heal going on first. Ask around about the local gym too, if it's at out level and what not. After that we may want to buy some poison and sleep stat healers and go clear the place out and get our first badge.

We go heal up and get Yellow revived, then go in search of information regarding the Gym.

We walk into a house.

"Hey, can you tell u-" begins Belch, before he is cut off.

"O Hello random strangers I am unit500238, Generic Fisher Guy 1, welcome to my home thank you for coming in uninvited, here take this magical crappy fishing rod as a thank you for breaking into my house, have a nice day."

Obtained Old Rod!

"What an odd man."

Or girls.
"

After meeting with Generic Fisher Guy, we head to the store and Belch buys two Awakenings. We've got 5 gps left, and are pretty much broke, so we head to the Gym.

The Gym leader is on this stage and starts giving us her life story. I'll give you the short version:

She was an orphan, something something, loves plants, trained a lot, become the cannon fodder first Gym Leader. Or something like that.

Relax, I'm looking for the notes. However, as everything I have ever owned is in a bunch of unmarked boxes, it could take some time. Or none at all.

I just wanted to have a sufficiently Pie Chart thread end.
