Who cares what questions people ask? It's like the same shirt (or at least the same cut) as his dad's! he ain't just gonna throw it out. Have it cleaned, have it sewn, have it fixed. Having a knife-fight with a ghost isn't something to be ashamed about. It's badass! But also now that I think about it, kick Rover in the knee for putting you up to this. Or whoever dared you. I wasn't paying attention.

This.

You totally need to either fix it up or find a replacement so that you can be all "See? Nothing to worry about" to Rover when you go to collect your 40 Bells and totally show him up.

Could see if Ophelia can help you out there.

>no I don't have any other cloths in any bag or luggage. all I have is what I was wearing. which is not too good for me... nudity you see for us terrakin is sorta not well seen. allow me to explain... we are very driven by instinct and we fight very hard to not follow them. will is an important part of our culture... the idea is if we follow our instincts were no better than animals but if we act out of will we become superior. our instincts as animals tell us to not wear cloths. our body want to be free of cloths but we fight for control over our self's... as you could tell even in my dreams by body yearns to be wild. so I need to get my hands on a proper shirt. can't be seen in rags either. nope gotta stay above the savages... do you humans have these problems?

>>261423

>no I'm not... forgetting about dreams is something you humans do. we however do not as easily forget dreams. once again with our wild sides. long ago we believed that dreams would drive the hunt... crazy eh? but yah paying attention to dreams is an act of savagery. they can be funny or scary and that's ok. but taking them seriously is taboo. these rules get on my nerves to but I stand by them.

>as far as detecting magic... I do not have the foggiest clue as of to how to find it. I guess just waiting that some thing uses some magic?

>god damn it your right... stupid fucking Rover! he knew there was a ghost in here. why the fuck did he get me to do it. ohh... when I get my hands on him I'm gonna... my sight moves to the moving mass of Rover in the far corner of the room... I sit there perfectly still mouth wide open. I cant believe my eyes... actually now that I think about it I'm not surprised... Rover's sitting there. smelling my underwear... jacking off in his pants... he keeps panting lightly as if not to wake me... I stutter for a second. words don't come to me. eventually rage overthrows logic.

Blake: ROVER! WHAT THE FUCK!

Rover: AAHHH!!! b-b-b-blake? I... I... I can explain...

Blake: it had better be good!

Rover: I... euh... we cats you see... have a really good smell you know and I... I... smelt them and they smelt like you and I... I just... I... I didn't rape you! they were on the ground when I found them. I didn't take them off you... I just wanted to... just a little... I... you know...

>he's crying... "..." I feel sorry for him... I shouldn't of snapped at him... but I cant not scold him...

Blake: shut up already... I understand. you don't have a reason and you know it... listen I'm not angry at you just shocked... just don't do it again ok?

Rover: I... sorry... you just *sob* reminded me of my *sob* of my Blake. you smell the same...

Tell him that if he absolutely fucking got to steal your underpants and jack off while smelling them like some creepy stalker, then could he please do so in some other room? Seriously, it's just rude to do it while you're in the same room.

Oh, and ask him if he's got any spare sets of money, and jokingly inquire "Where's my money, bitch?" because you did so fucking earn that money.

Then see about finding smoker gobbo for some explanations.

Oh GOD Rover and here I've been defending you and whatnot and you go on and do something as unclassy and pervy as THIS. Shame on you, cat. Shame. Yeah I'd suggest you stay where you are for the time being, tell him that he owes you a lot more than the agreed-upon number of bells, and then tell him he can get started by lending you some clothes of his that will fit you. While he's out you can view that last memory fragment you received, see what it nets you, if anything. Also you didn't answer my questions about personal ambitions, if you've any thus far besides figuring out just who you are.

Tell Rover there is nothing wrong about what he did but noe it's all out in the open, tell him that if he needs to do that then he can do it in private.

If you really want to which I not sure you would, then you might even be able to help me get off. All you would have to do is hold the pants around his cock and run it up and down and then let him get off. That wpuld really change the mood for him and relax him.
>>
No. 261541 ID: 47d1aa

consider that its not all his fault. he could smell your sweat and crotch in your underwear. wich you probably just left there on the ground. he probably noticed them because of the smell. so dont get mad at him. he just really misses you.

instead of getting mad. you should confort him. tell him your sorry and that you understand. pat him on the head and give him a big naked hug.

ether way... he owes us big time. hes the one who send us in here he should be held responsable for the damage. I say he should pay for our new cloths and give you head. you know polish off that morning wood. show him the knife and your shirt as proof

Ignore these two forever.

Well, since he's here now and crying yet again, maybe you should try lightening the mood up. But do what some of the others have said first. Say it's okay, then warn him about doing it again.

Then say something like, "Oh, by the way. You know that goblin ghost girl? She's really not all that bad once you get to know her. ...And get passed that knife of hers." Then chuckle. Hopefully he will, as well. Then bring up your bet and ask about borrowing a shirt.

>well first I just wanted to have a normal life... to be honest getting my memories back was your idea. I didn't really care for the past. and a lot if it I still don't want. but then... then you told me about going back... in the video you looked so sure of your self. I feel like what ever you were saying... I feel like it's important. I don't think I'll get to just live normally. but then the ghost happened... I don't want to have an adventure. I don't want to learn about my past and make anything right. not if it means my life... I... I'm afraid of dieing... but hey what am I saying?.. no one ever mentioned that making things right would be dangerous right? maybe its just talking to peeps and solving little problem's... I sure hope so...

>I stand up and glare at Rover

Blake: listen Rover. I cant be your boyfriend. and I'm not gonna try to be either... but I'm not gonna take away your memories. you... you can keep those if you want. but just don't tell anyone I gave them to you. and don't you ever do that around me ever again. ok?

Rover: ok... thanks Bla...

>he raises his head as he talks but just in the middle of his phrase he pauses. we both realize simultaneously that I'm not wearing anything. I turn around quickly and grab the blanket. wrapping it around myself I noticed Rovers mood change.

Rover: so how did you sleep?

>oh right... I walk over quickly and grab him by the ruffle of fur on his chest.

Blake: what the fuck with that?! you trying to kill me?

Rover: k-kill you?! no never! I would never do anything like that!

Blake: then why did you send me to sleep with gobbo McCarving knife?! you know she nearly killed me!

Rover: what are you talking about?! ghosts aren't real. you of all peoples should know that. I just wanted to make a bed with you. after how you wussied out with the sergal I wasn't sure how you reacted with fear... the old you was completely fearless you know.

Blake: this isn't about fear Rover! you almost killed me!

>I pull out the knife from under my destroyed cloths. its still covered in blood.

Blake: does this look like a friendly beet to you Rover?!

>he stares at me... dumbfounded...

Rover: were did you get that?

Blake: from the ghost's cold dead hands.

>Rover drops to the ground. and stare's in terror.

Rover: are you ok? did you get hurt?

Blake: yah!.. but I'm ok now... you really didn't know?

Rover: no honest! if I had known I would never have done it.

>he's telling the truth. I don't think he would lie about it...

Blake: listen... I'm not angry at you about it. but you owe me big time.

Rover: of course. I'll do anything to repay you... anything... even that if you want...

Blake: ehh?.. what?

Rover: I could let you... earfu

Blake: NO! nonono not with you! I'm not into that stuff. jeeze.

Rover: so you didn't like it?

Blake: *shiver* no it was way to odd for me. you can start by getting me something to wear.

Rover: sure a thing.

Blake: and then your gonna buy me new cloths.

Rover: ok

>he's smiling again... something about that smile make's me wan to forgive him for everything. must be my past... what time is it?.. wow I over sleep. well its not that surprising... I mean I was away till 5. we should be getting off soon.

Rover: euh Blake... I'm sure you already know this but... if ever you get cold at night or maybe just want the company. you can always rely on me to keep you warm. and stay by your side.

Blake: I know Rover... your my friend to.

Rover: and if ever you need some one to have sex with I can always...

Blake: don't get your hopes up. now get me those cloths.

>he laughs and walk's away. jeeze... stupid Rover. cant you let me start to like you without getting me disgusted... why cant I be gay or you be a girl? it would work so easily between us... I feel it but it's just not there... you know what I mean Eden?.. right the fragment... ok I'll fire it up.

Peter: Steelheart listen. I have a very important present for you.

Blake: a present?

Peter: yes... this is Sulfur. I want you to have her. I want you to take car of her.

Blake: wow really? euhmmm... what is it?

Peter: sulfur here is a guardian force.

Blake: a what? what's that?

Peter: Guardian forces are mythical entities. that use our life to exist.

Blake: they use our life?

Peter: yes... they eat a piece of our life force when ever you want them near. and if you over use them they can shorten your life.

Blake: like what smoking did to grandma?

Peter: yes. just like that.

Blake: I don't want it.

Peter: oh but you do. this one wont hurt much. small as she is. she would only eat about a week from your life if you saw her every day.

Sulfur: *SQUEEE*

Peter: isn't she cute? X)

Blake: she is... and I can have her?

Peter: yes. she's yours. now pay attention... Gfs take a place in our life. they corrupt
our memories. not too much but if you have to many you can loose your memories. you can even loose your self.

Blake: I'll be careful

Peter: good boy. here take this heartkey.

Blake: what's this?

Peter: a heartkey is the tool we use to summon our Gfs. there precious gifts that the guardians were so kind as to give them to us.

Blake: thank you Sulfur!

Sulfur: *SQUEEE!* :D

>Sulfur was one my best friends... she was so cute... I took better care of her than myself. I don't know what happened to her... I wonder where she is now.

-Blake has unlocked: Summon and Junction

allow me to explain... Gfs are summons. they aid you in battle or in other situations or just follow you around. a Gf abides to the masters will. thought they have a will of there own they cannot go against the masters voice. some are best used for combat and some are useless in combat. but they can all be summoned at anytime and place. they do how ever consume life force to be summoned. that being said they can shorten your life if overused. how ever how much time is devoured varies on the summon. a weak summon would consume less than seconds every. where a powerful summon could eat days even weeks. the strongest Gf takes three months from your life to use. Junctioning uses magics to increase certain skills like strength, speed, cooking, seeing, and much much more... junctioned magic can still be used but it reduces how much of a bonus you get for example: Blake junctions fire to cooking. (cooking is a fire element skill so it has a 25% bonus) fire gives a 1/1 bonus so Blake would have +3 since he has 3fires. if he had 4 however... he would get +5 due to the elemental bonus. you can not simply junction anything to anything how ever. opposite elements have a -25% modifier. (elements are Pokemon style to make things simpler) and you do not have all the junctions simply because you have a Gf. each Gf has his own set of junctions and offered abilities.

- Blake has acquired: koidzuma(Gf) -

- koidzuma has offered: junction. cooking, junction. strength and ability. walk detect. (can see magic sources) -

Cool, so you can summon that ghost. Possibly. Guess that's nifty. Will probably be useful at some point.

Oh, and an idea on how you lost your memories kind of pop up. You caught them all! Or well enough of them to fuck up your memories royally. This seems like one of those cases where moderation would be a very good thing, unless you happen to be a somewhat deranged lich, then there aren't really any downsides to it. Huh, guess we're going to have to find a way to make you immortal my boy.

261641

>>261614

>that's a good theory. really I thought the same thing myself. but unfortunately there's a problem with it. what I have is memory loss and not memory corruption. the main difference is that with memory corruption. your memories are thoroughly fucked and don't just pop back every now and then contrarily to standard memory loss. so if you think about it it's a good thing your wrong. since I can get my memories back. and I don't think becoming immortal is a good reason to loose your memories... just imagine having nothing for ever...

>>261560

>heh... that might work... plus with the walk detect skill I can see magic sources. so I could go out and look for them now... but I'd need to pass it by Rover. and I don't think he would agree to changing his sex. then again if I tell him that I'll be his again in exchange I think I could even get him to do much much worst.

I'm sorry? I mean maybe it's different for us since we have no actual physical form, as I've noted, but I don't think Rover's physical form should matter all that much, nor should anyone's. If you like someone enough, you should do whatever you can to make sure that you remain close to them, to whatever degree you feel appropriate. Or are you that shallow that one's physical form is a deal-breaker for you, no matter how much you connect? Not necessarily stating that Rover IS the one for you or anything like that, as clearly he's got his own issues that need to be worked out one way or the other, but to even THINK "Ah man I'd totally get with him/her if only he/she had a better/different body" is conceited beyond belief. Shame on you. Think on what you've done.

Well you don't have to use all of the biggest badass major summons just because you're immortal. It's simply the fact that if you are then you can get around that little pesky problem of them eating your life force. Which would pretty much mean that you would become the biggest baddest motherfucker who has ever graced the world. Possibly without any memories, but that's just something that brings an apocalypse closer. Hmm, you know what, bet you're going to run into someone like that at some point.

And stop trying to turn Rover into a chick so you can fuck him without feeling gay. Just make sure you get to pick the clothes, if he does it then it's probably going to be... a bit odd.

Rover: common, imperial, dorf, bold, shaka and elvish... yes... you wanted to ask me about your self?

Blake: ah yes. I have so much I want to learn.

Rover: well ask away.

Blake: just what are they? what are these voices in my head?

Rover: don't know. voices probably. when you were young, about 7 your dad told you that he wanted to give you some friends, friends that would be there for you. and then you blacked out. when you woke up Eden was there. who knows what he did to you. but it gave you head voices.

Blake: wow... just what do you know about them?

Rover: well... Eden is ONE "person". that has MANY different personality's. it never fully likes or dislikes anything. but if some thing significantly interests or disgusts one of them they often speak up. you probably noticed that some of Eden's personalities are more distinct. where other just fade in and out.

Blake: yah I know... what were they like back then? back when we were young?

>the waiter arrives with our food. he offer's me my plate. there is a small salad of lettuce carrots and tomatoes, three large sausages occupy the most of the space. Rover's dish is a light brown soup and grilled fish. the waiter pours wine into our glasses, then leaves.

Rover: well back then there were a few... but they may have changed a bit. is mother still there?

Blake: who?

Rover: mother... you called one mother, because it was always there and just wanted you to be happy with what ever you were doing.

Blake: ... yah I think it's still there.

Rover: what about that one that always wanted you to kick me?

Blake: still there.

Rover: there was one that talked with a crappy accent and always made mistakes. and one that try to get you to make porn with me...

Blake: yup, they are all there

Rover: what about the one that was a duck?

Blake: a what? no I think that one's gone.

Rover: shame, he always lightened the mood...

Blake: ... one more question... what's corporal possession?

Rover: ... I don't know if I should tell you about that... no. there gonna find out eventually. best you know about it.

Blake: they..?

Rover: Eden... it can... how can I explain this..? imagine that your a huge bottle. and your connected to a million little bottles. and every time you experience any thing... it goes into the bottles as well. they all feel, taste, smell, see and hear everything you experience. including in your head. but... corporal possession is when you... ehh... when you squeeze one of the bottles really hard and the fluids rush up into the big bottle. the big bottle get's full of Eden... But just one Eden, and if only for a moment. that one Eden has his say in what goes on. he give the orders. like this YOU can use Eden's individual skills. but don't worry. our the one who's really calling the shots. you tell them when your gonna use them. not vise verca. but watch out. they can sometimes be a bit aggressive about it. some times they force it. just be strong and you'll regain control.

Blake: ... remarkable. simply remarkable. what kind of skills does Eden posses?

Rover: all kind's of skills, mostly knowledge thought. some can cook, some can speak different languages, some even know a few martial arts.

Blake: amazing.

Rover: how the food?

Blake: its good.

Rover: by the way I'm buying you new cloths tomorrow. but have you thought about what you want to wear?

Blake: I'm having my shirt fixed. but other than that I haven't given it much thought.

Rover: how about you help him on this one Eden. I'm sure your a hundred times more creative than Blake. hehe...

Blake: hehehe yah... they are.

> we finish eating just as the train's about to stop. Rover pulls out his wallet and drop's a hefty amount on the counter then leaves.

I don't have the time for it lately. but next week I will. until then I'll just drop off in the discussion thread every now and then to answer questions and maybe a post every here and there. oh I'll drop a body sketch there if any one want's to get started with Blake's cloths, just save it for the day it happens don't go posting before it's needed. also I'm not sure if I should archive this thread when I'm done with chapter 1 or just keep posting in this one.

Hey, what's Koidzuma's summoning cost?
Once you're off the train look for crazygirl. Recruit her into your adventuring party.

Well that was... mildly informative. Rover's clearly got some ways to go when it comes to his interpersonal communication skills, even if he has traveled all over the place and speaks many languages. Speaking of speaking languages, his speaking "imperial" suggests an empire. I am interested in this. Please look it up when you have some time.

I think he might not be entirely right on the part about you always being in complete control if the posession deal happens.

So, new clothes eh. Should probably be something somewhat practical and durable.

Something to think about: Before you lost your memory, youand Rover were lovers. Now, you're disturbed by the thought of being in a relationship with another man. You were gay or bisexual before, but now you're straight. Why did this change?

ferthermore. in corrporal possession. are our skills. the ones we posses in real life? if so how can you confirm that we even have any skills?

>>263534

>Koidzuma cost's 2 minutes of my life, plus 1 per hour of use. Why do I want to recruit Ophelia? We're having a party? Since when?

>>263614

>It would seem so... Still, I put my trust in you. Do not abuse of it. And yah... Practical, durable yet stylish. Since it's on Rover's penny.

>>263619

>... Yah... I'm not gonna claim to be an expert in memories or sexuality, but here's my theory: When I lost my memories, I lost all my characteristics, since it's what we live in life that determine who we are. And since my last life was full of heterosexual pornography... I guess I just developed straight.

>>264131

Blake: Hey Rover. What's a Woolohlain?

Rover: It's a type of deepkin. Similar to the venties, They have gray skin and tentacles for hair. The main difference between the two is that woolohlain have far stretchier body's and hardly any bones.

Blake: Odd... Oh and just what is the empire?

Rover: Cripes! You really forgot everything Didn't you? ... The holy empire of ShuYun was formed in the year 614 during the war of "allland" the empire was an alliance between the orcs, the ogres and the goblins. Lead by ShuYun him self the orcs quickly colonized the humans as well as the elfs within there holy empire. To this date the orcish language is know as Imperial and the face of ShuYun can be seen on every human, elvish and orcish coin.

>Wow. The orcs used diplomacy back then? All I remember of orcs is that there a bit violent.

Rover: We will be getting off soon. I'll prepare my things.

Corporal possession, does in fact use skills YOU posses in real life. They how ever are more theoretic than one would think. For example: Qwern can not understand backwards speak. but you can so you can make Qwern understand. Or for a better example: Blake has almost no cooking skill. You how ever do. So YOU can help Blake I don't know make a pretty cake. that being said obviously there will always be cheaters so some proof MAY be necessary. I am not fussy about this and am quite sure no one would lie to our little Blake.

Well, sounds like it's time to declare war on the empire. That's kind of what empires are for.

Oh, and the word you're looking for is "corporeal"

>I do not have the political power to declare war on any nation. Nor do I have an army to fight a war, and I am not strong enough to be an army. Besides... Why do you want to fight the empire? I have never even heard of it before just now. How do I know that it's bad? In my opinion... The empire is a shining symbol, Proving that no one is a simple image. That even an orc can show some brain

>Rover walk's quickly to his room and hulls all his luggage into a pile and wraps it in a number of cloths rags, ties it up and lifts it like a backpack.

Rover: In all my years of travel I've learned to prepare and be early, instead of scrambling around like confused rats.

>We walk to the front gate, the train is slowing down, heavy snow pours to the ground. Snow... So this is what its like... There is no snow in Bronx. Geoffrey said it was so cold it burned, but that I'd be ok because I have fur... the thought frightens me...

|.| Indeed.
Maybe we just see things at an odd scale, but it looks like his pack there's bigger than he is. And are those weapons sticking out of it? How'd he get permission to bring those aboard?

Also, does that mask look familiar at all?

Oh god he's really the Happy Mask Salesman from Ocarina of Time and Majora's Mask that makes him so much creepier quick set him on fire the evil needs to be destroyed.

It isn't the snow that really hurts. It's usually the winds that cut the deepest. So quit being a girly bunny. You should be fine as long as the winds aren't blowing by at 15+ miles per hour.

Jeez learn how to take a joke. Anyway, let's have Rover show you around. All the local sights, starting with your place I suppose.

Also ask Rover about his recorded habit of interrogating people on trains.

>The snow is white, pristine white. even whiter than my fur, it falls slowly... It's... pretty. It's nowhere near as cold as I thought it would be. And the wind is calm. Rover's face glimmer's through the white powder.

Rover: Welcome home Blake.

>He's right... I am home...

>>264283

>Sorry, I didn't notice you were joking. Well at least now you know my opinion, right? but yah I'll get him to show me around if we have time. It's hard to tell what time it is. I heard it get's dark early in winter but I'm not sure how early.

Blake: Hey Rover. What up with your recorded habit of interrogating people on trains.?

>Rover notices my eyes shining purple as I speak.

Rover: Well Eden. I have been on the search for love for about three years now... I just figured maybe I'd find some one some day.

Blake: And how did you get those weapons on the train?

>>264276

Rover: Blake that's quite simple really... old man Perkins checked my bags. When he ask if this was a sword I just said it was a replica and he passed it on. I'm telling you if not for his father, he would never have became a cop. HEHEHEHE!! Good old Perkins...

>We walk for about thirty minutes... We pass a frozen lake... The trees get thicker... We meet a bridge crossing over a fast flowing river. Some lights can be seen at the horizon. Rover smiles with his grin as wide as a continent.

Rover: Beautiful is it not?

Blake: It's... It's... It's amazing... but how?

>What I saw was incredible, It came to little surprise after what I had lived these past few days, but I was still knocked off guard.

We talked about trust. While most of us are nice there are some who decidedly aren't. And where one has had a way in others can find it as well. We might not be all that is floating around in your noggin.

>>264273
Some of us just has premade concepts of what's bad and what's good. They assume that things called the Empire is bad without knowing of alternatives, or even the specifics of what they condemn.

Anyway, snow isn't that big a deal. Bit chilly but with the right clothes it's not really that cold or that much of a hindrance. You should be fine, just try to not get wet.

Oh, and ask Rover what's up with that luggage. Specifically that spear and that mask.
