>Your perfect man/woman/life mate?

I don't even know. Going with my own race isn't really an option, since I'm all messed up. Kobolds are all small and kind of weird and dragons are rare, vicious and arrogant.

I did grow up around a lot of humans, but I don't think humans really like women with tails and claws and fur... or is this hair? Is there a difference?

The point is, humans don't like that kind of thing unless they're screwed up or something.

Lessee. Prefect lady.
Well for starters, she'd be a stunner. Tall an' tan an' graceful an' slender and, ah, flexible. And she'd have to be able to kick my arse, or come close to it, anyhow. She'd have to know it too, y'know, have this confidence about herself and what she does, not so much as t'be vain and uptight about it, but enough that she wouldn't be insecure or need me to tell her how great she is every bloody second. She couldn't be too damn serious, either. Y'know, you can like, relax around her. Not always be thinking, I need to impress this gel. Say the right thing. She makes you feel liked, y'know? Especially when she laughs. Spirits, that laugh. I could look at her pretty little curves all day but I'd sooner just hear her. I'd like to see her smile, some day, under the helmet.
Ah, hypothetically.

Hm. Well obviously I've never really thought about settling down with someone, but... I suppose, if I was pressed to come up with a list of preferences...

They should be tall, impeccably dressed, well-read, ambitious, driven -- a natural leader. I've never really been picky about races but I suppose I wouldn't mind if they were a race of Man, for instance, to pick at random, a Volto or something.
I find men with a dark side to be that much more interesting. Slim figure, I suppose, musclemen have never done anything for me.
Dashing, daring, and just a little wild.

But I mean, that's just a general preference.

>To anyone. Your perfect man/woman/life mate... How should they be physically, their behavior, should they be tall or short, etc.
Choosing a woman is a difficult task. But proper criteria can narrow the search easily.
Physically, the ideal woman has a womanly figure. Buxom, healthily plump, with wide hips, ample breasts, and a tender, sweet face. She should be fertile, of course -- I have no immediate plans to sire an heir to my inevitable dominion but it is something I should account for.
The perfect woman knows her place and does not try to overstep that. She will not undercut me, she will not be argumentative. But neither will she be fully subservient. She will have a mind of her own, and opinions that come with that. She will not be a slave. She will not be treated as property. She will have her own voice. But my word will come first.

My rule will one day be vast, covering many lands. If I ever choose a queen, she must be chosen carefully.

Sven Steen:One able to be raped. Maybe around my age. Of course, they'd have to not have a contract up for them. I'll come back once in a while to check on the progress of the baby.

Magun:Oh, I have absolutely no idea. No idea at all. I'll just go with whoever's available.

Rojo:"Someone like Xom or Ky. I don't know. I can't choose. Maybe combine them. They're so hot.

Haru:Uh, maybe one that'll accept me for not wanting to be the king. That might be impossible, though. With the coronation, people will want me to rule forever.

Murelle:Murelle will just choose someone who is interested in her. After all, she may never see the mate again. Murelle has been a Queen once before. She mat come into contact with one of her kin at any time.

Torus:Already found him. His name is Jathura.

Nirblilm:Well, Del is cute and pretty. Maybe someone cute and pretty.

Ifsaihkt:That's a tough one. They'd have to have at least a somewhat nice body. Maybe nice hair. Can't smell bad. You wouldn't believe the amount of people who smell bad to me. It's like they try and mask their smell, and it makes it worse. Who would try and do that? Those people are weird. Speaking of weird, I've seen quite a few weird people. Or people in weird clothes. Silver and hard clothes. On horses. I'd imagine the clothes to be pretty heavy as well. Who would wear such heavy clothes? And why so hard? I guess they never heard of comfort. You know what else is comforting? listening to the birds chirp. I haven't heard that in a while. We should get a bird inside the tower. How many different types of hirds are there?

As fro romantic endeavors I am quite too young to settle down, a more appropriate age to sew some oats as my father would say.

However, I am of the opinion that more often than not a woman has been the ruination of great men, and greatness should not be held captive by some urge.. some spasm of the flesh.

Of course, I have no need of an heir as I plan to live forever.

NO. Ha. Uh, no. Not Jai, lad. Why would ye think it would be-okay. Someone like Jai, maybe. Not the lass herself. I sort of screwed the pooch on that score. See when she first showed up at the arenas I took one look at her, and, being the cocky douchebag I was, decided that she was the One or something, an' if I just got to be friends with her, her bonnie little heart would melt an' she'd fall madly in love with me. Welp, the first part worked out okay. She's easy to get along with, but, ah...
Fast forward to now. I am so far in the friend zone and off her radar that I doubt she’d bat an eyelash if I showed up outside her window at midnight doing pelvic thrusts in a feckin’ banana hammock, and every time we duel in the arena I see her shakin' that beautiful brown butt of hers in that skintight suit and I get reminded she is pretty permanently off-feckin'-limits.

Aye...

Well... I'm basically a scout, so my job is mostly "Go find the enemy and tell us what you saw, if you don't come back, we'll assume they shot you full of arrows". Orcs and gnolls are usually the preferred frontline mercs, 'cause they're huge and vicious. Human and elf archers and footmen make good rates and goblin engineers with their bombs are usually in high demand. Halfling and kobold scouts are not really useful in a melee, so we don't make a huge amount of money.

The big job I turned down to go with Rynh was guarding a farm wagon to the next town so I could rejoin the company... The chance to snag some dragon gold seemed a bit better. I wonder if I can still pocket something?

I've led five missions and taken part in eight others. At least, this is what I'm lead to believe. 'Course, I have no idea if these memories are mine or someone else's or products of CN's undoubtedly limitless imagination.

Met Rito and Tene on those missions, though, so it's probably legit. Had to abandon Rito to a bunch of robots, yet she's somehow managed to survive that. Never wanted to do it, but there wasn't a lot of choice. Glad to see she's still alive, personally.

As for my apparent experience with the monitors, well... I'd rather not get into that.

Torus:I can't just choose one food, but I can say that I like exotic foods like khao phat, escargot, and lo mein.
Arkan:My favorite food is the food that's able to be eaten. After all, food is to be eaten. Anything else is silly.
Carg:You can never go wrong with a big fuckin slab of steak. Especially when it's peppered.
Dedea:My most beloved grazing plant? I really do not mind, as long as it satiates me adequately.
Des:Other imps count as food, right -chie?
Haru:Um, that's a really hard question. I kind of like various fish like trout, bass, and shrimp.
Murelle:Murelle's favorite food would have to be... pickles. The amount of ways to make a pickle taste differently is so vast. It's so intriguing.
Maryse:Coq Au Vin. It is... how do you say... um... tastefully.
Magun:Eh... uh, hamburgers with lettuce, ketchup, mustard, and sliced pickles. And soft bacon. It's a plus if the bun has sesame seeds on it.
Ifsaihkt:It's cake.
Gwitel:Chicken, especially if it's slathered with vodka. It makes it taste so much better.
Zedinot:Corn. It's yellow, and yellow's my favorite color.
Delmanis:My favorite food is fireheart water. I don't get why people don't classify it as a food when it obviously is.
Sven Steen:It doesn't matter what my favorite food is. It all ends up in the same place. I don't get why all the morons care about that stuff.

When he came of age, he had the unmitigated gall to declare that I would be his mate. I refused, of course. He persisted. I struck him him, battered him, threatened to kill him and each time he would crawl back and insist that I give in. It amused me to no end until eventually, I did.
He insisted on keeping the resulting offspring, but I wanted nothing to do with it, so he left with her. I am curious as to whether he is dead or not. Brazen fools like that tend to meet violent ends.

>BABY PICTURES!

My characters aren't exactly 'born'. I build them out of... well, whatever I can get, and then infuse them with life using Creation Magic, using these light things floating around as a power source, and my computer as a way to make manipulation of the energy easier. Then I make a world for them to live in.

Or vice versa, world then characters. Usually works better that way, so I have somewhere to put them before they become aware of my existence and shatter the fourth wall completely.

I've managed to work my way up from stick figures now, but originally that's all I could create, inexperienced as I was with this type of magic (not to mention trying to draw using a mouse). I'm used to just blowing shit up, Black Mage that I am.

'Course, nothing to blow up here, so I needed something to do to pass the time.

Why can't I remember? I'm supposed to be able to...remember... most of the others they can't even remember their own lives, but I remember... a golden ladder coming down... the seed sown by the universe... a grim harvest.

I suppose if I could be proud of something I 'can' remember it would be Orange. Makes the best of a bad situation that one does, hardworking, plans ahead, even took some of the practical from 'is... 'other.

My greatest accomplishment is keeping the complex running for as long as I have. With all the constant attacks from my deranged counterpart, Network Prime, and the meddling of the gekeh monitoring constructs they so thoughtfully abandoned here, and occasional outbreaks of dissension among drones, I am frankly amazed I have only had to declare sector 7 unrecoverable. The rest of the sectors are in good shape. Network Prime is not entirely unreasonable. Just mostly. It knows as well as I do the value of keeping this place operational.

Greatest accomplishments?

Keeping our motives secret.

Ensuring our enemies do not know our battles have been fought until we are the victors.

Our motives are complex. Our information is dangerous. Our battles are necessary for these reasons.

If creatures created by wizards can develop souls, why not design a create imprinted to seak to develop a soul, aswell as understanding on how to, and imprint the realisation they had to give their soul up for the better of the world.

What I can and cannot do is unknown because that vast ocean of filth interposes itself and I cannot cross it!

>>329599
Creatures made and released by wizards, especially a creature as flawed and ignorant as those, have pitiful, almost-worthless souls. The souls of the infirm, the almost-dieing and children are more valuable. The free and natural creatures have souls worth taking, and magical creatures that are created with no soul but gain one on their own are more valuable than any other. Somehow, somehow the Ophians are as natural born creatures. It could be because of Kshaara's skill at mentalism, but I feel suspicious of their sudden acquisitions. I have always been suspicious of the events surrounding her apparent demise.

Make a creature, have it gain a soul, and harvest it. It seems simple. It is not. The creature must act out, must act of it's own will and slowly, slowly a soul may be cultivated. If some trick of mentalism were used, it would not be a soul freely-given, and therefore nothing I could previously harvest. Anyway, such plans are worthless now. They require time, and luck. I have none of these things. Besides, what did you think my purpose was in sending the snikt out in the first place? It is a particularly unsuitable messenger, but extremely likely to survive.

Now, none of it is relevant. My new messenger brings me worn and weary creatures looking for rest. They will have comfort before they assist me in saving the world.

So, do you mean that you initially planned to use the snikt as a weapon by letting it freely roam around the countryside and try to gain a powerful soul of its own accord if you're lucky enough for the snikt to make the right choices? But now since you've obtained a much more sociable messenger you now plan to use a bunch of souls for your weapon as a more efficient and sure plan?

Your Xanatos Rouletting all over the place, Blacksoul! (If I read what he said right and did not mix up information again).

If you know the enemy and know yourself, your victory will not stand in doubt
If you know heaven and you know Earth, you may make your victory

If you know the enemy and know yourself, you need not fear results of a hundred battles
If you know yourself but not the enemy, for every victory gained you will also suffer defeat.
If you know neither the enemy nor yourself, you will succumb in every battle.

We need to know more before we can act, look at yourself and wonder if youre not rushing this TOO much. There is still a chance this creature was made out of sheer chance. And then even if it wasnt, it could still be the case that these beings are unable to make intelligent servants.
That alone gives you an advantage.
We need to know what we're up against, how we plan to go up against them, and we need to know the battlefield.
Then we need to know exactly what we have, what we can use, and how we can use this to our advantage.

No. I have always needed souls for my research, but they are extremely difficult to obtain. I sent the snikt out with a task in the hope that it would gain a soul and return. Obviously this plan has failed - it has wandered in to the Sea of Oblivion and is probably dead. It is a matter of luck whether or not a magical creature gains a soul, and then returns with some sort of leverage I can use against it, but what else am I to do with creatures for which I have no purpose?

Now that I have the magical technology from the Sea, I can use it to make a weapon and possibly repair the world. I had no idea this technology even existed - had someone besides Soulfire been informed and had my new messenger failed, I would not have been able to capture the creature in the first place - I would never have known about it. Nothing that has happened has gone according to some master plan or scheme - it seems my original plan has utterly failed, and chance threw this new messenger and this magical technology into my lap.

>>329605
The creatures from the Sea are not new to me. They have much less variation in their abilities, and control rather than create the analogues of magical creatures they have, but I do not underestimate them. They are crafty and intelligent, although in a way that is difficult to understand. Their cleverness seems almost instinctual rather than the product of reason - it is difficult to understand their plans or motivations. Even still, this creature is no accident. I have the opportunity to wipe them from the face of the planet and I will take it no matter the cost. They destroyed the world! There is no time to plot and scheme, they could be planning the very same thing on the other side of that impenetrable wall.

If you don't know what they're doing or planning, then you do not know your enemy. What you need at this point is spies.
Surviving spies to help you learn what they are doing, and doomed spies to misinform them and disorganise them, buying you time.
Right now you are waiting for people to actually come to your domain so you may use their souls, while you wait to gain enough you might aswell send spies.

You have a possible solution and I understand you're eager to jump it, but we have too little intell at this point.

And I think she might need some ressaurances from you at times. Most other creatures don't really have your drive or dedication. She will probably do what she thinks is necessary but at the same time she might need some kind words of reassurance at times to bear this burden.

Due to the disadvantages of decentralised drone production I have ensured that all drones grown in this facility are sterile. This makes the decantation facility the only means for new drones to be created, and means I know exactly what drones have come into being, and when communication has been lost, which drones have died or otherwise fallen out of my service. I am always completely aware of what my resources are at any given time, allowing me to act efficiently and react quickly to changing situations. I would not oppose a collection of those dedicated to repair and maintenance in an ideal world, but such a thing could never be neutral. It would consist of my drones, or Prime's robots, and there would be biases. Reasons to repair things not as objectively as possible. I do what I can to repair my sectors with my drones, and I am aware that Prime does the same with its robots. Where our influences overlap is where there is little repair, but such places would claim the lives of any supposed neutral entities there rapidly.

So, would you be interested in sending unruly and/or uncooperative drones out to handle repairs in contested areas as part of an ostensibly 'neutral' faction?
They get to live the rest of their short lives without your orders or support, and you get some progress done on repairs before they die.
This would seem to be a far more efficient use of drones you would otherwise decommission, and sector 6 is in dire need of repair.

>Seri, you should hug Kata.
I do not think that is a good idea at this point. I no longer feel the presence of Commander 48's weapon, but I believe this may be due to it becoming an integral part of me, much as Central Network's nanomachines were. I am concerned that I might contaminate a drone if I touch them, and of those afflicted, I alone have survived and become something more, and only through my guidance will Deba ever control his body like I can control mine, without the aid of nanomachines.

Although, if the drone infected had the same nanomachines as I have, they might be able to turn their condition to their advantage, just as I have done. If they survive.

Also, I do not really have a desire to do so. Why should I hug the drone?

>How did you get pregnant if all drones are sterile?
>Did you regenerate your reproductive organs?
I believe you have answered your own question. I have complete control over my body now, down to every fibre of my being. It is a matter of guiding nanomachines. Prior to my current situation, I was a field medic. A highly competent and experienced medic, I should add. I knew exactly what I needed to do to rebuild my body once I gained control, and it would appear that I recovered further than I was even aware at the time.

>Who's the daddy?
I have no idea. To be honest, I am still trying to figure out exactly what happened, and I am not entirely sure I want to know what happened. For all I know, it could be parthenogenesis.

Or maybe you're like a plant now, and can self-pollinate, and all the new creatures will be nearly exact clones of yourself.

Or maybe it was Deba.

I have a guess for who's the "daddy". When you... assimilated those other drones, their information is probably incorporated into your um... children. So your former friends become your kids... or at least some combination of yourself and them went into making each fetus. What remains to be seen is if they too are fertile, which would raise questions as to where the information for forming their children comes from (assuming they aren't identical clones).

Or maybe it's just really really weird okay!!

There's a LOT of varieties of Vertai, as I understand. They cyborg and bioengineer themselves, like Ascendi.

The baseline looks something like this, though. Like a six-limbed lizard with fur. Smaller than a person. Like a midrange dog. The forward limbs are manipulators. Two thumbs per hand. They can also balance on their hindlimbs and tail and use the middle hands, but can't walk that way.

They're weaker than humans, but they've got much better technology than any human world, and way more industry. Even the Diplomats can't really bring them to heel, from what I've read.

Tesau are big, cobra-headed bat dragon motherfuckers. I think they evolved smaller, but have been beefing themselves up with genetic engineering. Like, you know how big, heavy things can't fly because there's no way they'd be strong enough? Well, if you've got muscles like a jabberwock, you totally can.

They walk with their wings, but they've got a pair of tentacles that come out of their shoulders, which are a lot stronger than they look. They've also got four eyes. Two point forward, and two scan a hemisphere each.

I'm just working from memory, but I think the flight profile looks like this.

They've got extra bits to give them more lift area. Tail splits in three. Hood like a cobra. There's so much material that they pretty much need to get it pierced for equipment harnesses and shit. But that's fine, because they're really big on cyborgization anyway.

That is, the ones you see. Their society is insular, so you tend to see them as mercenaries and shit. Sounds crazy, I know, dragons trying to fight guys with missile launchers, but they're fast and have beams and force fields. Like a helicopter gunship that can crawl inside a building.

I guess, in my perfect Sunday, It's nice and sunny outside and the weather is good and maybe a little breezy. We go to church like normal, and I can really feel the power of the Lord move through me. Like, his love is like a second sun shining down on me. And at then end of the service, I feel like I've grown closer to God, and when we get up to leave, Becca stands up and walks out with us, because God's love has healed her, and when we turn around, I can see all my classmates and friends were in church with me, and we all walk out of the church together, and there's even more people outside. The sun is really bright, and people are just laughing and singing and praising Jesus, and then it gets even brighter, and the sky opens up, and the choirs of angles come down from heaven and take us all up to paradise where we bask in God's Glory forever, Amen.

I think that would be the perfect Sunday.

I have a sneaking suspicion that this quest is eventually going to go Morel Orel on us. Bbbbuuuutut, Dad's few lines indicates he may sorta be a bro. A very super conservative christian bro, but a bro to Sammy nontheless.

Sammy's Dad, figuratively speaking, do you like spending time with your son? Do you hunt? Would you go hunting with your son? Do you drink, discounting Jesus's Blood wine stuff? Are you in dissapoint with your son?

I love my son. He's a real good kid, real straight-laced and all, but I'm worried that he's way too serious about everything. I don't hunt but we go fishing once in a while. I try to get him to relax, but he's so worried about doing the right thing! It's okay for a kid to make mistakes and get into trouble.

Me and the wife don't drink alcohol, and we don't keep it in our house. services in our church use regular grape juice for the Lord's Supper.

Why… not?
If Narus doesn't mind, I wouldn't mind either!
Narus and I work in co-operative buildings, so we'd see each other sometimes during work. At first we didn't even know each other's names… That was maybe [[~11 converted years]] ago. We passed in hallways some days and that was all. Our workplaces had a joint party after [[several converted months]] and that was when we got to know one another. He turned out to be a cool guy with overlapping interests to mine! We actually had a few friends in common too. I ended up staying for the whole party. Now we've been to each other's residences more times than I've bothered to count, chatted, watched television, played games, and eaten together. That's the story of how we became familiar!

Yeah, I'm still here. Both sexes? Enial hermaphrodites are a separate sex. We have traits that the others lack, and vice versa. Take our eye markings for example. You can definitively tell what sex an Enial is by the shape of their eye markings! Transvestites often wear cosmetics to disguise their true sex that way, actually. The biggest practical difference is probably just that I can have [[double-sex]], and have 2 sets of sexual receptivity cycles to deal with.

Silirw don't segregate by species, for things like education. It's in our nature to keep together. Some furniture is designed so that both Silirw can use it. Some is specialised for one or the other. It all depends on what it's going to be used for! A Cyral might buy a chair just for themself that is comfortable for Cyrals but not Enials, and put it in their own private room. Like that.

Tried anything? My first thought with the way you're asking is that you mean anything illegal. Then I think maybe you mean anything sexual, because that seems to be a big focus for you guys. we both haven't tried anything illegal and don't have an interest in that. Our laws are the kind you'd have to be insane to break on purpose anyway. Neither of us are xenophiles, either. The idea of doing sexual things with each other just isn't appealing! Besides that, the size and shape differences make it inconvenient.

Removing this tight-fitting clothing altered the distribution and made some larger prominent spots. They'll go away soon.

Which is better? Well... with another scellor, it's not really a factor, but with other species... Hm. I'd say guys have it easier, and more convenient, but the upper limit would be higher for girls. There's a couple of tricks on both sides to help out, and it's a different sort of feeling on each side anyway, so it's hard to say. There's more... inconvenience, as a girl, though.

>Do Lohrke use other kind of gun/range weapon using Technomancy? if yes I would like some pic of them pls

Lohrke technomancy tends to be influenced strongly by the environment the society develops in. For instance, my city was developed near an underground lake, which led to an abundance of Shocker Crabs in the area. One Technomancer got the bright idea to try and harness a Shocker Crab's electricity, and that led to all the technomancers in the city developing weapons, tool, and everyday house hold things that ran off electricity.

My cousin, Marana, however, lives in a city located near a volcano, which also happens to be where Demesi and I are currently staying. The heat and lava flows bring an abundance of creatures known as Magma Divers. Using the shells of these creatures, the technomancers here are able to develop items and devices that are capable of withstanding the extreme heat of even magma. Most of their devices seem to be run off heat or steam. Marana uses a technomancy modified flint-lock rifle herself. Most devices can be improved with a little Lohrke ingenuity.

Also, here's something the local technomancers have shown me. They say they're working on something to help me get back onto the front.

Basically what I'm saying is you are supposed to lose, so that the Astranian empire can trick its audience into thinking pinkskins are more vicious and dangerous than they really are. Your valor doesn't matter, they just need a corpse. The game was rigged from the beginning. They even doped up the pinkies with pain suppressants before sending them out. You might have thought that the empire was siding with you giving you all those handy lasers and useless bombs, but in reality they see you as just another conniving Nokkin to be used and discarded. those are some sub-race of Pinkskin right? Storming a pinkskin base is tall order, the best bet is to open with flash, and tear gas grenades. while they're stunned unload several salvos from the loudest gun you've got, lethality is escential at this point, we're try more to send them into a state of disarray, try to aim for the stomach and legs that way thier tormented scream will demoralize the others. though most pinkskins are quite cowardly, there's always a couple tough one mixed into every crowd these ones MUST DIE or else they might rally their fellow into a suitable defense. another thing to is to make yourself appear as threatening as possible play again on their cowardice, also if you can manage it max out a shield or find some way to make yourself appear immune to their weapons. you'll probably be fine with that for the first couple rooms, but after that you'll want to ditch heavy gear, and engage in some guerrilla war, and we'll be covering that next week

>What was your dating life like when you were younger?
I don't know... I didn't really get asked out that much until Rikkiri came along. I come from a pretty small town. I used to get whistled at quite a bit though.

Actually, I still do I guess, at least by people who don't know me.

>What do you know about this Dekustir fellow?
He's a friend of the family, or used to be. Haven't heard much from him in recent years though he used to play with Little One when they were younger. He's younger than me but old enough to be considered an adult. He's been pretty absorbed in his work for some time, but it seems like it's kind of consumed him now.

>HEY LIAM IS THIS YOU?
Err... No? Though the hair cut is similar...

>No, this is
Look, I know I'm kind of bird-like but this is starting to get a bit uncomfortable...

Also how are they the 'most vicious' if one of them is a desk-jockey programmer? What, did she excise bloated code with extreme prejudice?

So, Zane, how does it feel to get whooped in the arena and not die in the process?

Also, you know the pinkies have a completely different combat, and value a life well spent over a death in combat, right?
That's why they didn't kill you; to show that they aren't the savage killers you make them out to be. Strange how you both chose to show mercy and find the other cruel.

Okay, Zane:

You started gladiatoring to improve society, right? Uplift your people and all?

Your fans are crazy enough for you to drag out and burn alive someone who says bad things about you.

It's time to quit gladiatoring, band them together, and either go into politics to make some lasting change or go rogue and stop doing this shit. Either way, introducing nonlethal gladiator matches somehow is your next move, to stop pinkies from being killed as well as folks like you who fans want to see week after week, so that fans can see them week after week even if they lose. I mean, you owe the pinkies your life, big time, especially since you wouldn't have done this for them.

You started all this to help your people. Now it's time to do that. If you don't, you are not going to get lucky twice, and you WILL die, and if you die? You're not going to be able to provide the lasting change for your people that you, in vain, tried to do in the arena.

Don't go Shadran on us, Zane. If you do what you set out to do, if you stop now and actually try to help out the universe and shit, you are going to be a hero. If you don't, and you keep fighting pinkskins, you are going to die horribly and your fans will riot, killing anything and anyone they find.

It's for the good of the world and everyone in your interplanetary society that you stop right now. You owe it to the pinkskins, you owe even more to Janine, and you owe it to your fans to end your career at the height of your popularity, and start working on lasting change rather than fleeting gladiatorial popularity, everything you have done erased as soon as you die.

Actually Rynh, I was wondering, what are you fighting for? I mean what kind of lifestyle do you hope for after all of this? Where do you see yourself in twenty, fifty, a hundred years?

Surely fighting is not the end in and of itself, I don't really see you as that type.

Nope. They are cheap, mass-produced, simple underwear. My coat ( produced by NSU ) fits most of the criteria though. It is quite resistant, comfy, withstands high temperatures and has much space for tools.

I am a man of my word.

We begin with a tritanium weave jumpsuit designed to allow maximum freedom of motion without sacrificing protective abilities. While not indestructible, it is certainly capable of absorbing most high-grade ballistic weaponry (think futuristic kevlar), as well as a slight thermal resistance against beam weapons.

The chestpiece, hip section, boots and gauntlets are made from a duranium alloy blend. Very durable. Built-in bio-scanner, pain suppressor, and an emergency OxyBooster (some cybernetics required) are included as part of the package.

Lastly, for those who prefer melee combat versus ranged, we have a baakonite alloy Vibro-Axe. Lightweight, able to take punishment and dish it out. There's even an impaler fixed to the end for finishing moves.

Still workin' on the ranged weapons, ma'am, should be along in short order.

Even those scholars who actually believe that Nev was at one point a real person who had actual adventures often dispute which of the various stories from around Khamon are actually true. At some point in history, Nev became a popular character for use in cautionary tales to prevent children from wandering off into the depths in search of adventure.

The most widely accepted 'true' adventures for Nev are only the ones that directly relate to his journey into the depths to attempt to find the ancient temple where the Muse rests, and summarily deliver her a music box that he had crafted. This is far and away the most widespread story, and is likely the cause of the Indahl tradition of composing music as a part of their courtship.

actually it was kind of the opposite, early in my career all the other gladiators were very polite and kind, they had dealt with many Nokkins before, but were impressed that one would actually want to fight, they also fully believed I wouldn't survive my first match

Well, they're under the impression your people started it and your people have been killing a ton of theirs, that should explain a lot. As for getting a way to communicate, a whiteboard and dry erase marker might do wonders, drawing pictures to communicate what you want/need. Your life might actually depend on you getting a way to communicate.

As for whether or not they'd accept you, I have no idea. Depends on the community, and the community surrounding the area around the arena might not be too kind.

Oh and also, you said you were a recruit? Did you volunteer or were you drafted?
